“Went here on a whim as it looked like an interesting concept. I was not disappointed.it's a small, happy looking building. at 1p on a Friday there were plenty of tables available for my buddy and i. it's open seating so we grabbed a table and the waitress brought us menus.i ordered the signature waffle taco and a cup of coffee. coffee was excellent, and the food was served promptly and it was hot.the waffle taco was flavorful and the standard street taco sauces served with it were excellent. she brought some syrup, but i chose not to add it as i don't really have a sweet tooth. my buddy's order came with a spicy red sauce that was just awesome, wish I'd had it with mine.only downside is that the waitress took too long to get back to checking on us so my coffee sat empty for awhile, but i can let that slide as she was friendly and prompt with everything else.overall this is a great little hidden gem and i highly recommend it.“

“Came highly rated from FoodNetwork and Travel Channel shows. We lucked out and came when there was no line (which I thought was unheard of!) We shared the Bonuts and the Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit. The Bonuts were one of the best things I've ever had. Also the fruit tea was AMAZING!“

Both were very delicious. No wait, very friendly staff, nice coffee bar with plenty of options, clean space and bathrooms, very nice stop.“
“Until this morning, I only visited the bakery case and have been sharing those crossants with people all over Nashville. They might be the best I’ve ever tasted in the world This morning. I had breakfast and given that I’m a foodie and I make a really incredible breakfast, I would eat here seven days a week; the staff is lovely and the food is sublime - make a reservation or you’re not going to get in. I have seen that line 60 deep and that’s no exaggeration. I have never seen a new restaurant get such a huge following in such a short period of time - if you have a reservation, make sure you arrive early because parking around there can be very difficult and challenging and if you’re coming from a hotel just Uber instead of driving your car, this restaurant is utterly outstanding“
“Enjoyed my breakfast here! I came on a Sunday before 10am, the place was a short walk from my hotel. I’m glad I came early because it got busy fast. I sat outside because it was less of a crowd. My only issue being outside was the seats were very stained. Other than that I got a morning beverage and a delicious omelette. My server was so sweet(I wish I remembered her name). Overall I had a nice meal and enjoyed my time.“

Carefully crafted menu selections and beverage options make for a happy family where everyone can find their entree. “We've been here 5+ times now and the food has been great every single time. The staff is always friendly and our order has always been correct. I do think that having to clear your own table when paying this much for breakfast is a little goofy but it is what it is I suppose. There is a free parking garage directly behind the building, so don't get discouraged if all the spots on the street are taken.“

“I've seen First Watch at home and was curious. Finally had a chance to go in Tennessee. Our first experience was AMAZING!!! From the food to the customer service, everything was great. I hope my experience back home will be just as amazing. We had the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl, BlackBerry Lemon Cream French Toast, Chicken Apple Sausage, French Toast, Kid's Chocolate chip pancakes with Turkey sausage. Everything was delicious especially the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl. It has the right amount of kick and the tortilla chips are made fresh. The lemon curd on the blackberry French toast was the best I've ever tasted. Loved everything about First Watch.“
“Okay so not to be dramatic but I would eat the meal I just ordered every single day until it made me sick. I had the rusty, the hash brown casserole, and the dirty teddy. The rusty has all the ingredients of a classic breakfast sandwich but with a twist. It comes on a soft toasted bun, and the slight sweetness of the maple sausage perfectly offsets the savory. Get the hash brown casserole. Trust me. Just do it. I wish had gotten 12oz of it instead of 6. SO good. And the dirty teddy is absurdly unique. Puts most lattes I’ve had to shame. Bravo. These guys are about to blow up I just know it.“

“A cute, fun place for breakfast! We were visiting from out of state. We lucked out with parking, as it is a VERY small lot but there is parking on the backside too.The wait was a long time unfortunately even getting there at 8:30. We didn't get seated for an hour, but it was worth it as we were celebrating our nieces birthday.The toppings we all had were very good. The strawberry was my favorite. The apricot butter was another favorite. I would suggest coming at a less busy time, but still worth the wait.“

“Outstanding service, huge portions, and so much food we had two boxes of leftovers! My brother, son, and I came for an early breakfast on a Sunday morning. The pecan salad is so filling, I could only eat half. I didn't even get to eat my half sandwich because the salad was so satisfying and incredibly huge. Such a great value for $10.99! My son ate all his sandwich but did both have room for his mixed greens so we took that home. My brother could not finish his salad either! The restaurant was cozy on a rainy, cold Sunday. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding food, service, and ambience!“
