I rarely get an opportunity to eat here for lunch but, I've never been disappointed or dissatisfied with Kirin Sushi. Day or night the food has always been fresh and good. The staff is friendly and engaging. Each time I go, I try a different sushi roll. The bento boxes are a great value for lunch in my humble opinion. Give them a try.

Run of the mill sushi, but nothing to write home about. The one plus is it tends to be fairly cheap in regard to cost. He offer other Asian foods, but again nothing special. Almost certain the pot stickers/gyoza was from a box.

Great service and food was quite good. I had a variety of hibachi and sushi would definitely be returning in the future.

The food was ok. Doesn't feel that fresh. But it came quick, and service was ok. I'm a little generous. But more specific I would rate 3.5

We received a delivery order which was absolutely horrible. We ordered tempuras and the sauces were spilled in every take our box. Who wants soggy limp tempura? When we called the restaurant to complain, before I could finish my sentence I was told "We are not responsible for how the delivery people damage the product". I asked if I could complete my sentence and told her that they should be concerned about how the product is delivered to the customer, but that fell in deaf ears This is the second time we received bad food from Kirin and it does not matter who is to blame. It still reflects badly on Kirin. I will no longer patronize a business that does not care how the customer is served and takes no responsibility.

I was truly very dissatisfied with the food here. I'm giving 2 stars because this was a pickup order and my food was ready on time which I appreciate. The server/host was on the phone while giving me my order so I can't vouch for customer service. The food however, VERY disappointing. I expected RESTAURANT quality sushi rolls and I got something that was not only extremely small, but the rice quality was not good at all and I could have easily bought this kind of quality sushi at a nearby grocery store for cheaper. I'm from Southern California where you don't need to go more than half a mile to find a decent sushi place so I have had plenty of sushi in my life to compare. My advice, find another place or just buy it at the grocery store cause you're getting grocery store quality sushi here for sure.

I understand things have changed due to the wave of COVID in the USA. However it has affected the quality of some of our finest restaurants food. Kirin is one. It was nothing less than a 5 star quality place to eat at first. But I can actually tell due to I'm guessing COVID and New Competition in the area it has diminished the quality of their items such as smaller portions and different taste to some of their food

I ordered hibachi take out for lunch. The rice was mushy and bland. The vegetables were also bland. Average hibachi at best.

Bad customer service. I received a delivery from them which I did not order. It sat on my front porch for 3 days in upper-90 degree heat before I noticed it. This was their mistake or their delivery service mistake and they will not pick it up to dispose of it. My garbage had already been picked up and it will sit for another week in 90+ degree heat and rain. I will not bring rotten food into my house to wait another week. This is more to document in case there are any repercussions that will need to be pursued.

You know how you have a craving for sushi, so you get it and it's the best feeling ever? ...this wasn't that. It was satisfying enough though. I've eaten from here twice, but Ive had better both times. I've only been able to order delivery because Covid, so I'll give it benefit of doubt that it's probably better from kitchen to table. Oh and the inside of the spring rolls felt mushy, the miso tasted more watery than it should, the to go sauces were watered down, the ginger was dried out, and the wasabi wasn't spicy... so, there's that.

My favorite place was closed so thought to try Kirin. Employees are nice but the sushi is average, at best!!... lobby still closed

Love their food. They are very friendly and great service. The sushi is great, hibachi is big portions and cooked well. I recommend them to everyone!
