I placed a carry-out order last night around 9pm and opted to pay in cash when I picked it up. When I got there it was dim and the door was locked so I had to be buzzed in by the employee. I told her I had a pick up order, she proceeds to check the pick up station (even tho there wasn’t even anything there to check) and tells me she never received my order. I’ve ordered many times online and thru the app and never had an issue with the store not getting it…she tells me I can place the order again, but by this time I’m already upset because she’s lied and told me she never received the order when in reality she just chose to not MAKE it since I hadn’t paid for it yet and she was trying to close 3 hours early. And then proceeds to actually cancel my order once I left.

Quiet honestly this is the saddest papa John's I have ever got food from. My pizza was cold and hard which did not make sense since it is suppose to be fresh. I did not get my dipping sauces I paid for and their boneless wings are more like a rubbery mystery meat that I couldn't even eat. I recommend no one gets food from here because the quality of what I received is the saddest of what I have ever seen. Wasted money on food here. I could have got better out of the trash.

Worst location ever... So many issues this was my first time trying this location. Food doesn't even taste like papa johns. I trier to call and discuss my order and was also hung up on by Courtney.. I have never experience so much rudeness and disrespect at a establishment.
Idiots. I ordered wings. Got less than I paid for. Wrong dipping sauces. Wrong drink. Bunch of idiots that don’t deserve jobs. Hired a door dasher to deliver my food. Didn’t speak a word of English. Food was cold because he got lost and couldn’t communicate. 10/10 this store sucks.

I've gotten pizza her many many times over the last couple of years, and never had any issue. My order as always been ready when expected, the staff is professional, friendly and service was fast. I've had better pizza, but for a chain, I would say the quality is consistently good. I thought I'd post this after seeing the previous negative review. The worst thing I can say about this place is that they tend to be skimp on veggie toppings.

Delivered it early, called when they were outside, and the delivery driver helped our business get a ton of food. Much appreciated as we need to order in bulk consistently. Our secondary location also has a good experience with a smart and quick driver at the same time.
