We were here to have a coffee. The taste of the coffee was okay but nothing special. The staff is absolutely impossible. On the one hand, huge amounts of milk are simply thrown away. We ordered 3 cappuccinos, each one was half filled and we simply poured the rest of the milk that the lady had used to whip it up and did the whole thing 3 times in a row. The expert staff explained to us that this is the way it should be with a cappuccino. I would highly recommend an internship in Italy. Just disrespectful to the recourses. You're given a number to order but if you think they're going to bring the food out or to the place... forget it. If you order to eat there, you can get your food in a huge plastic packaging. Simply terrible.

the barista with all the piercings and dyed hair was sooooo so so hot and sexy and made the most delicious and delightful coffee thats ever graced my taste buds in my whole lifetime i would come here and spend every cent of my paycheck on their food and coffee if i could mmm

RBCC is a nice big space that looks comfortable to hang out in for a while. My mother and I stopped by today for a little coffee boost. We both got the 16oz chai lattes. Ordering and checking out were good and easy, plus our lattes were made quickly. Unfortunately the chai lattes were not that great. My mom drank about a third of hers and tossed it. I'm stubborn and thus drank all of mine but was underwhelmed by the bland flavor. I don't live in this state, just visiting so I wouldn't be back. Maybe other lattes are better...hopefully. There were no other coffee shops nearby.

I stopped here for a quick pick me up as I drove from my full time to my part time. I was actually pretty excited because I have been to the Nolensville Pike location, and it was very good; plus I didn’t know there was even a location open at Tanger. The barista was nice enough & took my order as soon as she possibly could, I believe.I ordered a 12oz ButterBeer Latte with oat milk, which is what I always get. It didn’t take very long for me to receive my order, which I thought was great because I was running on a time crunch. I did however think it was a little weird I got my order before the lady in front of me.I left the facility without taking a sip of my coffee, because it was hot of course & again I was on a time crunch. When I did actually taste it, I thought I was crazy.. like really and truly crazy.. CAUSE IT TASTED STRAIGHT LIKE BURNT COFFEE GROUNDS..I have never in my life ordered coffee from anywhere and it tasted as bad as this coffee did, not even Starbucks black coffee tastes this bad. And I’m honestly just extremely sad that I spent $8 ($2 tip included ) to get coffee that was this disgusting. I also tried to call back up there to try and speak with someone, but my call failed every single time. I don’t know what they have going on there or if the Barista was just ready to go, but I will not be returning to this location.

The pink haired individual was perfectly pleasent with me. Based on another review I was worried when I walked in.Maybe she had a bad day previously. But my experience was great! Good service and good latte!

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. I placed an order on Sunday morning and said it would be ready for pickup at 9:45, 15 minutes after their posted opening time. I went to pick up my order and the doors were locked, I tried calling and no answer. I dm’d them on Instagram and have not heard back. I contacted them through their website and have not heard back. Avoid this place. Nashville has so many other great coffee shops with better customer service and who don’t try stealing people’s money!
