I've been wanting to patronize this restaurant for a while. So I went this morning. The food looked appealing. I was not sure what to order. So I went with steak and chicken tacos. I didn't care for the meat because of what it was marinated in. I will go back there to eat because I know now what not to order.

Went here on a whim as it looked like an interesting concept. I was not disappointed.it's a small, happy looking building. at 1p on a Friday there were plenty of tables available for my buddy and i. it's open seating so we grabbed a table and the waitress brought us menus.i ordered the signature waffle taco and a cup of coffee. coffee was excellent, and the food was served promptly and it was hot.the waffle taco was flavorful and the standard street taco sauces served with it were excellent. she brought some syrup, but i chose not to add it as i don't really have a sweet tooth. my buddy's order came with a spicy red sauce that was just awesome, wish I'd had it with mine.only downside is that the waitress took too long to get back to checking on us so my coffee sat empty for awhile, but i can let that slide as she was friendly and prompt with everything else.overall this is a great little hidden gem and i highly recommend it.

Great coffee, great food, great atmosphere. This is gonna be my regular diner when in NashvilleEdit: a year later and I’m living in Nashville. I come here at least once a week. I typically don’t write reviews let alone come back to one once I wrote one. But seriously check this place out. It’s a small business and everything is always consistent and amazing. Everytime someone from my family or friends visit it’s a must I bring them here. It’s honest to god my favorite place in town. Can’t recommend enough!

Around a year ago as I was waiting for my food a customer came in ordering 6 waffle tacos and an order of waffles. The order came out to around $25, the customer only gave him $20. The Cashier went on and told them it wasn't enough the customer replied "Make it enough". I can't remember what the Cashier said after that, but he ended up getting fired sucks because he really didn't do anything wrong.

Wow, this place looks like a hole in the wall but it blew us away. Went for breakfast, service is super friendly and fast. Ate a morning waffle taco and the combination is delicious! Coffee is delicious, I love everything about this gem.

Immediately seated on Sat about noon. Server was not very friendly but efficient and the food came out fast. We had one of the special dishes on the waffle and it was great! We also had huevos rancheros and chicken n waffles, soup etc. everything was good to great! Good value too! The 4 of use shared everything.
Great breakfast burrito!! Best I've had in town!! Decent size and made your way if you like. Recommend!

My husband brought me to Waffle Taco for breakfast today. We're visiting from out of town. What a ? this place is. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait but a couple minutes for a table to be cleared.I had the Breakfast Flatbread with a side of plantains and he had The Morning Waffle Taco. Let me just say that the Flat Bread was HUGE and could totally be shared by two people. The dishes tasted SO GOOD!! Very well seasoned and all the flavors just blended so nice. Highly recommend these dishes. Our service was good too. We didn't wait long for our server to come to our table and the food came out quick too. It was hot too! It was a good birthday ? breakfast ?.
