First and foremost they don’t speak English. Second off I ordered 2 el pollo’s and asked for extra cheese for each one. I get there and notice each “extra cheese” is 5.99. I think nothing of it because I’m assuming I’m going to get a side of cheese sauce. I cannot believe what I got for 12$ total of cheese. It wasn’t even the same amount as the free salsa which is free and it was in alittle styrofoam half cup. These were at most 2 table spoons each. I called to ask to get an explanation if it was a mistake or if I could com back and get more because it was an absolute rip off. She answers and after talking for 15 seconds says “uhhhhhh” and hangs up. Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time and lastly there’s about 18 other locations that are better than this location.

I ordered Polo Loco the chicken was so dry and over cooked it was like chewing on leather I took two bites paid my tab and left I will never go back when they first opened the food was good it’s gone straight down hill since

We went in late for supper. The wait staff were friendly as always, and they didn't hurry us to finish so they could close.
Soooo glad this Mexican restaurant came in! We've been here multiple times and have had great experiences every time.We've had the molcajete, Chile Colorado, carne asada with shrimp, etc. - for dessert, the churros are a must!Parking: Plenty of parking, free lotKid-friendliness: Family friendly

Horrible, deplorable service. The two female waitresses are in on scamming customers out of their for drink prices . They act as if you’re bot there for happy hour when you’re literally pointing to the sign as you order, then voila! You get a check for double the price of each drink. Mind you we had a total of 4 margaritas during happy hour, @ $3.95 a drink and our check was over $34 make or make sense! Never going back! They come here for a better opportunity and scam us. The karma will be having to constantly change your restaurant name to make a quick buck! Second time going and back to my old spot it is!
Went in to have happy hour margaritas which the sign says $3.95 for regular lime margaritas from 3-7 pm. We get to here at 4ish and we ask for the check around 6:30. Low and behold we received a check for double each drink price and totaling roughly $34.75 for 4 happy hour margaritas and 1chip and salsa. After speaking with the waitress (bad bbl and short, works at bar) she stated that we should have specified that we wanted happy hour margaritas ( even though it was happy hour time and we asked for what the sign stated. She stated that happy hour margaritas are smaller than regulars. Again how do I know that????She then stated ok, “I will pay for it”, and brought a new check back with the happy hour price for the drinks, but added an extra charge for chips and salsa.Again no where is it stated that they charge for chips and salsa.Bottom line is, you as the establishment should be clear and concise as to what you are offering, and what the customer is asking for, it’s not my responsibility to decipher what your sign says.It’s a nice spot, unfortunately because of this I won’t be returning.

The lady waiter was VERY RUDE. They have gnats and bugs flying around. I waited over 40 mins for my food to come out and never received it when I asked the lady waiter she rolled her eyes and walked off. Come to find out she never put my food order in. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
