I ordered six crunchy tacos, a burrito supreme, and two orders of cinnamon twists. There was no burrito supreme, only one cinnamon twist, and three of the tacos were broken up. When I drove around to go inside to say something, the doors were locked and three employees were sitting in their cars smoking. When I told them what was wrong, they got very rude with me.I waited several minutes to get my missing food but drove away because I was concerned that they were spitting in it or something.AVOID THE PLACE because it is not the same decent place it once was.

Let me just caution everyone about this establishment. My wife and I went to this location Saturday night and we went to the drive-through window. When I tried to order a number 6 from the menu, I was told that they couldn't make that. Then the person asked if I would buy 8 party packs of tacos instead for $20 a piece. When I stated that i didn't want them and couldn't eat them , I was told that they would be donated to the homeless. This might come as a surprise, but I just drove off after that. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location, either. I just wanted a few tacos , not 80 tacos. Scam alert ⚠️ ? ?

a JOKE of a Taco Bell. I ordered a simple chicken power bowl, the way it comes, add onion. I get my order without guacamole, without cheese, without onion, without sour cream. & NO FORK. if I could give 0 stars I would. for the almost $8 I had to pay, i should've taken my business elsewhere.

Ordered soft shell tacos, quesadilla, and Gordita crunch when we decided to stop for dinner on our trip. Old tortilla shells, stale, quesadillas uncut. We had to wait a while for anyone to notice we were there, which I normally wouldn’t mind but the food was terrible. The trash was also leaking and the store smelled sour. Just disappointing and gross.

The lobby is seriously never open. I don't like cold or soggy tacos so we just went somewhere else. That was the 3rd time we pulled away. I'm sure we are not the only ones. Imagine the revenue if guests could come in to enjoy food instead of driving off.
