Great ice cream as always but the lady working 3/26/24 was very good. Excellent customer service and delightful person. Well definitely stop in again when in town next time.

I asked for a traditional banana split but I wanted it in a bowel (so when the ice cream melt it wouldn't spill) I explained that it was a banana split with a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry with the traditional topping. She told me she followed the ingredients that Baskin robbins have. Got home and it's a bowel of vanilla ice cream with fudge covered with whipped cream and cherries on top. Just a waste of money. I would not recommend or be returning

I must have been wearing an invisibility cloak. We were standing right there by the counter, but the workers did not acknowledge us. We left with no ice cream.

Stoped in for a quick treat. Basking-Robbins has never let me down on taste. Because of allergies I don't eat it often. This store was clean and the workers were nice and knowledgeable. There were a few seats if you wanted to sit and eat. I; however, was on the go. So I was in and out really quick. Parking can be a little tight so just drive around to find a parking spot.

Our ice cream was good! I got gold ribbon crunch. That was the only good thing about my experience. The workers made me feel extremely rushed to order my food, the place looked a mess, and they did not use gloves when scooping my ice cream. I was very disappointed.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Woman was very rude and raised her voice when I tried to get more ice cream in one cup when I said that another bowl had more in it. I wanted to buy another 2 scoops but the woman wanted to throw away the bowl of ice cream that I had already paid for. The woman has blue eyes and blonde and pink hair, very rude woman. When I was just trying to buy another 2 scoops.

My favorite Baskin Robin's. Kaylee makes the best Carmel Capachino blast in the world. So good I bought one for then and one for later. Got to try it with jomocha icecream. If you haven't tried one , you got too. I'll be back soon as possible.
