Ever wonder why you have to repeat yourself over and over while ordering? Well tonight at approximately 8:30pm on 2/5/24 a girl was at the window on the phone talking with her friend,the friend was loud ghetto and using profanity,okay now it makes since why you couldn’t understand 2 hot&spicys 2 packs of cookies and 2 orange Fantas no ice,CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!
This is an overall experience, let me say this first really nice staff about 95% of the time and the other 5% you can just tell they’re tired, but usually I don’t complain when I get my food in like 10 minutes but the last two times I’ve came in there I’ve waited 20+ and just for my food to be cold because they put my food in the bag all different times, just slightly understaffed.
