We literally live 5 mins away from this restaurant. Drive by it on the way home every day. This was a pick up order. Never tried this place before b/c I’m usually cooking and we don’t eat out much. Lived here 3 years and we’re starting to finally check out the local restaurants consistently. The menu looked exciting. We were so disappointed. We ordered 2 angus cheeseburgers, fries, frickles and a slider kids meal.1) Special instructions for one of the burgers requested a lettuce wrap angus cheeseburger with mustard. I received a regular bun, no lettuce, no mustard and it was ice cold. Didn’t taste great either way.2) Fries were soggy3) The breading on the frickles tasted stale and was soggy4) They forgot the drink that comes with the meal5) All of the food was cold. We live ridiculously close. This shouldn’t have been the case.So all-in-all a stale, soggy, bland experience AND they couldn’t get the order right :( I’m bummed b/c it would have been nice to have another local spot. I guess we’ll stick to slingshot Charlie’s or The Kitchen ??‍♀️

The cashier was incredibly friendly and attentive! I was the only customer there between the lunch and dinner rush, but everything was still fresh and made to order. I had wings with a delicious golden bbq sauce and the fried Oreos. They have generous portions, and the service was fast and friendly. I’m excited to go back and try a burger sometime!

We want to eat here for dinner with our son. The food was awful and terrible. My Philly steak was cold and dried out my fries looked like they recooked them . We asked them to take back to Fry's and they brought back the same fries like they just threw them in a fryer they were so dried out and greasy it was terrible. The floors Was all sticky where your feet will stick to them the tables were dirty. My husband supposed to have a double burger which was cold and he only had a single burger. So when we get ready to leave the girl brings us a plain Patty. They need a train and teach these girls better on how to treat their customers. But now I know why y'all get no business.

This for us was like one of those hidden gem spots. We stopped by while passing thru and were glad we did. Gavin waited on us and gave us some thoughts on some of the meals. Honest and knowledgeable. The elk burger was recommended and I went with it made it a double and it was phenom. Wife got the bologna and said it was some of the best she's had and was glad she got it. Friend got the big boy and also said omg it's amazing. We are foodies and always look for good places to stop. Everyone else was full but I wanted more. Gavin again to the rescue recommended the cheesecake and pecan pie (homemade) Not a fan of either so opted for fudge pie. Served warm and also homemade. Think ooey gooey warm brownie with slightly more pie consistency than brownie. If thats your jam, the fudge pie is for you. Also glad I got that. I'd stop by again and get another slice. Great stop, great food, and great service.Kid-friendliness: Great baby changing table in women's restroom.

Fries were hard and overcooked, asked for more and they gave me more of the same cold hard fully loaded fries. The service was horrible not one person came and asked was the food good or were the other fries they gave me were OK, no refills til I left.

Food wasn't bad. But took a long time to get served. Kinda pricy. But you can tell it's real meat.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Sat down and our server took our drink order and brought my husband the wrong drink. Waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our food order. Food was great but our server was no where to be found. Took forever to get our change and wasn't given the correct coin change.

We tried this place and while our server was very nice, the food was awful. The fried pickles were okay but the cheese sticks had a weird taste. The "Kobe" beef burger tasted it like it had been cooked a day or three before and reheated on the griddle. We also had a bison burger and it was unfit to eat. This place is a hard pass. We wanted to like it since it's local but they need to cook decent food. It's in my top 3 of worse burger places.

I ordered a turkey burger and battered fries. Both were amazing. I was craving a turkey burger and it exceeded my crave. Definitely

Took my grandson for a burger that we both had been craving. There was only one server because it was Valentine’s Day and she said the younger employees were off. Needless to say, service was very slow and my grandson gets hangry. He spilled his coke, which landed on me and all on the floor where I put my feet. She cleaned up the mess off the table as far as soaking up the liquid but that’s it. We ended up having to move tables as it became sticky and my feet were drowning in the liquid on the floor and in my shoes.I had to go over to the server station to ask for some napkins or a towel to wipe my legs and feet off. The food was so so. Will definitely have to try again. However, I do believe this is my second time and obviously wasn’t too impressed the first time. Have lived in Arlington since 2006

We came here on a Friday night at about 5:30, and we're able to be seated right away. The servers were quick and attentive, and we loved the atmosphere - very traditionally southern. I even heard the waitresses calling some regulars by name when they came in. Very charming. The food was quite good as well! I've been here a few times before and can happily recommend the frickles, the Lee burger, and the catfish platter. Their portioning is VERY generous, and you absolutely get your money's worth for the food. I have one complaint from our most recent experience - and it's the French fries, oddly enough. They tasted very sweet - very similar to sweet potato fries. It was disconcerting. I'm not sure if they were fried in the same oil as the sweet potato fries or what happened, but the fries were not as good as they normally are. Still, I would really recommend this local spot, for all the reasons I previously listed. Maybe just avoid the fries? Or maybe it was just a weird night? Either way.
