Sushi was mediocre and bland My son and I split four rolls we got one napkin each and no extra plates while all staff sat at a table and talked. Won't be back.

This is what 30 dollars of combination fried rice looks like. . If your to lazy to cook fried rice the right way get out of the restaurant business.

I was in town from Georgia celebrating my sister’s 18th birthday yesterday. It was 7 of us and we left out with full stomachs and full of smiles! I got the steak and shrimp and some egg rolls. Also, mango and regular lemonade. The chef and waiter were gave exceptional service! The chef, Tony was so funny and was attentive to us and our needs. I’ll be back on our next visit to TENNESSEE!!

Mediocre hibachi. They charged an 18% forced gratuity, and the hibachi chef put almost zero effort into our experience before it. Was basically mumbling the entire time. Food was good though.

AMAZING. Finally a steak that doesn't require A1. veggies and sushi were also great. Very clean. Fast service from Alex who was very knowledgeable of the menu. Thanks, we WILL be back!!!

Food was good, friendly waitress.... kinda pricey but the portions justify the price.

This place was good when it opened but the quality and preparation of the food that is served has declined dramatically. Had some sushi tonight that was just BAD! Warm rice, lukewarm fish, the rolls were falling apart, etc.

The hibachi experience was awful. The guy who cooked in front of us could not be bothered at all. He messed up our orders, forgot parts of orders, had zero personality and was a complete waste of time and money. Too expensive for that kind of service.

Bartlett Saito was busy, so we decided to make the drive to Saito 2. California Roll was excellent. Chicken fride rice - rice was not seasoned. We were told they had no chopsticks. Had to chase down service with only three tables with customers. No refills.

My first visit to Saito 2 was 1/29/2023 and I will be back! I went to try the Sashimi there and compare it and the value and ambience with that of Ahi nearby and with Red Koi in the Bartlett area. I met the head Sushi Chef, asked him about availability of Saba (mackerel) and was not surprised they did not have this very "fishy" fish which I enjoy - Red Koi is the only one I know in the area that serves it.The interior of the restaurant, although a bit dark for my taste, was spacious, with plenty of tables and space between them - per the Web site. It is much larger and more "Inside dining" friendly than Ahi down the road, which does a lot of take out and has only three or four tables, but nonetheless does cater to indoor and is a very friendly very Japanese environment which I enjoy.I ordered the Sashimi appetizer, six pieces of assorted Chef selected Sashimi, and received it promptly, with no lettuce under it, just the oft seen shredded carrots. What stood out immediately was that the cucumber was very thinly sliced, very fresh and very crisp and tasty. The Wasabi was as I like it, strong and a good texture. The ginger was not as thin as I would have liked it nor quite as flavorful. The Sashimi was adequately presented; I enjoy a bit of art-work in the presentation, and the best for that is Red Koi.The sashimi itself was quite good, and i received 8 not six pieces so that was a nice surprise. It was not too cold, so I didn't have to wait long for it to reach close to room temperature, which I think brings out the flavor. The cost I recall was around $13, a fair value, but not quite on a par with a close competitor. In terms of cost, Red Koi is by far the more expensive of the three but has the freshest, most-eye pleasing and widest assortment of sashimi. The service was excellent - very attentive and friendly waitress. Overall I look forward to returning and getting to know the head Sushi Chef and try more of the menu!1/21/2023

Food is good most of the time. 2 times this week when Ive called to order dinner I’ve been told either they aren’t taking call in orders anymore or that they are closing early.. I should be able to call and place an order at 7:32 pm, even if you close at 8. Guess they really don’t want my money anymore.

First time and I ordered Miso Soup. It was okay just wished it had more tofu. There were maybe one or two tofu crumbles.

I'm satisfied every time I eat here. The prices are a bit higher than other hibachi places but the quality makes up for it. I tried sushi the other day and it was good as well.. I have to try the place in Bartlett and compare the 2.

A very good local Japanese restaurant. The sushi was also amazing. Would highly recommend.

One star is for the excellent customer service (would be 0 stars otherwise). We are IMMENSELY disappointed with this place. Never tried it before, but wanted to give them a shot. I was a little concerned when we pulled up at 5 PM and saw not a single customer in the parking lot or inside. Now we know why.The fried rice is the most bland I’ve ever had in my life (and costs $10.75 for a “large”). The dumplings are mediocre at best ($6.50 for 6 tiny dumplings) and instead of real dumpling sauce they just give you soy sauce in a cup. The egg rolls are okay ($6.50 for 4 tiny, 3-4 inch long egg rolls) and the sweet and sour/chili sauce is just okay, too. The shrimp hibachi (kids portion) is only 7 shrimp with no seasoning whatsoever (but cost $13). The amount of food you get for the price they charge is ridiculous (see pictures) - especially when you also consider none of it tasted very good!! $50 we wasted. I will never eat here again.
