I buy these shakes almost every for lunch. Worst shake location yet- all ice and no product and they short change you on the purchased extra adds. Don't eat at this one....

I went in Thursday evening and got a smoothie,My smoothie wasn’t made correctly. I believe the girls name was Abby and she had an extremely unprofessional attitude and acted like she wanted to be anywhere but at her job.She acted like she did not want to assist me. Many other timesI have been in Smoothie King and the rainbow hair girl was extremely kind and had great customer service even though she was by herself. Her other team members that are her age should learn from her customer service skills and kindness! Work ethic and good customer service goes lacking in the teenage age group. So it was a real pleasure and treat to see that teen with the rainbow hair have kindness and customer service and work ethic!!! Five stars for rainbow hair girl!!

Came for a smoothie after working out, and it was so good! Houston and Jayla are so nice and create great customer serve. I also came by last week for an after workout smoothie and Abby and Karah were the best!!!

I ordered 3 smoothies at this restaurant and I have to say all three of them were disappointing. One of them was so sour I could barely drink it. The other two were so watery and did not have a smoothie consistency. I came to this establishment many times before and have always been satisfied with my order. However, my most recent order was very upsetting.

ZERO STARS is what this establishment deserves. Arrived all the way home, open my box (6 smoothie bowls), and this is what I got. I called the store to explain that my bowls were halfway full (even with the fruit toppings). I was told that is the way the smoothie bowls are made. Absolutely Not True!!!! The in-store and online pictures even show full smoothie bowls. My husband and I order smoothie bowls all the time from this location and others in the surrounding areas. NEVER have we ever had half filled smoothie bowls. We spent almost $90 for this???? I’m waiting for the manager or general manager to call and explain why this happened, and to make it right. Cashiers didn’t even bother to resolve the issue when I called. Here’s a tip: Make it right, and resolve the issue, especially if it’s as simple as replacing 6 smoothie bowls. That’s what customer service is about.

I came in around 2:20 and ordered 2 lil angels. There were 3 other people in front of me and only one person working. She had my order, plus the people in front of me, out in 4 minutes. That was so fast! The smoothies were tasty. Thanks!

This is my 2nd time visiting this location HOWEVER,I was pre warned but went anyway …so went into Smoothie King this morning for 2 Açaí bowls. IMMEDIATELY ,when the employee came out ,she had an attitude! Not friendly at all and By her rushing me with my order ,she messed it up for not listening…I paid 25.22 for both bowls and NOT A SIDE OF ATTITUDE!!! Other SK I’ve visited was such a much pleasurable experience. I pay my money I expect good service! Not acceptable ‼️

I woke up in a GREAT mood,this morning, going to get 2 Açaí bowls... walked in no one at counter THEN this rude employee walks out with an attitude (and you can tell how the order is going to go with the attitude) IMMEDIATELY I felt uncomfortable... because of her rudeness(and I'm pretty sure other customers have met her SHE IS NOT FRIENDLY, VERY UNPLEASANT) ...however she messed my order up by rushing me with my order ... I PAID 25.22 for these bowls and it was messed up with a FREAKING ATTITUDE!!! this was soo unacceptable!!! Better employee PLEASE! other SK I've visited is not like this! I pay my money I EXPECT GOOD SERVICE...GOSH ‼

Great place!The smoothies are phenomenal! Everything is fresh and delicious!The employees are very nice!The wait time was a bit much...it took them 10 solid minutes to make 2 smoothies and I was the only one in the shop...I think they could work on that.

I’ve been to this location twice. Shortly after the first visit, I got sick (stomach), but wasn't 100% sure it was related. The second visit I notice that all of the fruit was rotted and I immediately abandoned my smoothie. Disgusting! Will never go back….Photos from someone’s previous post are accurate as of 7/22/23. Gross
