Always love cookout and their different shakes! Wish they would bring one to Madisonville Tn. I usually stop at this location every time I come to Athens. Today was awesome because of the fine young man Jacob working the register. He was very kind and courteous and he just really made my day!!!
Second time to a Cook Out (I'm from Ohio). Good food and good portions. Milkshakes were awesome! Our service was great - friendly and polite.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, appropriate music, highchairs.

I always go through the drive thru but the service has always been quick and the employees are always wonderful. I have 4 stars for the food only because the burgers are often burned on the outer ends but everything else is delicious!
