Placed a mobile order and drove all the way from the next city over just to pick it up and they said they turned their fryers off at 7 so they couldn't make my order. I asked what could be done to get my food or money back and they told me I could wait an hour for my food or I would have to call someone to get my refund. Tried calling the help line and they told me it would be a week before I would get my money back. Why would you turn you're fryers off hours before you close and why wouldn't you turn them back on if you got orders at 8? I work in customer service and I would never ask someone to wait an hour on fast food

My wife just left this store today she payed for 2 8 pice buckets. Drove all the way to this store and back to sweetwater we did not get all the food then the people told her she would have to come all the way back with the food in order to fix it they ripped us off I will not be eating there no more .
