I want to say something good, but I just can't. We walked in and walked out. I couldn't believe the prices had practically doubled. I grew up going to this place, but no more. Besides,they are pricing themselves right out of business. Sorry to say!

Fries were not fresh and the staff was outside on smoke breaks when we came in. The cashier was not friendly.Hamburgers were ok but the grill was covered in onions.Wasn't my best experience with them

By far the worst Krystal ever they just lolly gagging around it took 10 mins to get my food i was late for something or I would have taken it back no fries in my bag and the Krystal were mushy soggy just terrible only thing that was any good was the coke. I recommend this place to nobody go anywhere else but here.

The Krystals received a very much needed renovation & revamp some while back (can't remember the duration) with it came newer tastier fries ?. Last two visits both between Midnight-1 am, the Drive through speaker, Must be getting worn out or in need of repair as the cashier had to ask what my order was again at the window both times. Neither time was any of it made fresh being that late There should be no need in sitting meat Is there not a lot of traffic flowing through there at that time. Both times also have the relation of At least one of the crystal slider buns was extremely hard around the edge. Neither time could I even get the cheese to melt on any of my cheese Krystals. Up until late, i always received freshly made Krystals, So I do hope that the last two times were the last two times they have slacked off & reverted back to the quality of food from the late verison of the store & the fresh well tasting nicely made and warm Krystals I've came to enjoy from this location is restored.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿️ Accessible Entry from parking lot to Door
