Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. I ordered ahead online and found out when I came to pick up my order that they had given my pizza to someone else. No apologies were given for THEIR mistake and I had to wait for an additional 30 MINUTES!! The main person was singing obnoxiously loud and made no effort to make the experience better for me.

Ordered online from Pizza portal got home missing two items and now the phone has been busy ever since I got home. This has got to be worth another pizza for free. Well it wasn't. After driving back to their store, all they did was say "sorry", had me wait for a replacement pizza and when asked for some kind of compensation, was told that they couldn't do that. Shocking huh?

This pizza is delicious however one time the pizza just didn't get cut at all, there was a person in front of me and they took forever then because they were rushing they forgot to cut my pizza I had to go back and request for it to be cut. I have also heard lots of problems about hair, ick! I think I'm gonna stick with Domino's.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options.

Tried to call and place an order. Got put on hold for nearly 10 minutes and now the phone line is disconnected? Really disappointing behavior.

If I could give no stars, I would. Between waiting for food that I scheduled to pick up multiple times and the recent fiasco of being given a pizza that they didn’t even have the decency to cut for me, I am sick and tired of fixing their mistakes.

5pm on a Friday night. No hot and ready at all. Ordered online 45 min in advance for a set pickup time. Had to ask for my order TWICE, people who came in after me got their orders. Eventually got my order 35 min after the pickup time. Got home and everything I ordered is RAW dough, the pizza isnt even sliced. I expect the bare minimum when I go to Little Caesar's--we all know it's run by teenagers and low quality, that's what I signed up for. But this was literally rock bottom. What is the point of having this storefront if you can't even fully bake or slice a pizza during a dinner hour you KNOW is coming? Just pathetic.

Ordered online at 5:30 told us it was ready to go at 6:30. Drive over to the store and still not ready. Had to wait in the lobby for 30 min. Do better, if your store cant handle online orders then what's the point of even being able to to it.

The lunch combo is a great deal considering all the inflation we have seen lately.

I mean seriously would you want to eat pizza from a place that makes your pizza bare handed with no gloves ? From the making of the dough balls all the way up to the toppings going on your pizza is bare handed, do we really trust teenagers to wash their hands after every time they touch their phones or etc. ? Home of the bare handed pizza makers lol !

Pizza is comparatively cheap over other pizza places in town. Pizza is dry (not covered in grease, I consider this a GOOD thing), however surprisingly easy on the stomach. Pizzas are large and filling for the price. I suggest ordering the food online and picking it up yourself, as there isn't really any space inside to dine-in, and home deliveries tend to be much pricier.I've never had a problem with their service, and the last few times I've went to pick food up, the place was clean.Dietary restrictions: Probably the least greasy pizza I've had, though its still unhealthy to regularly consume.Parking: Parking is in the plaza so there will always be a slot available.Kid-friendliness: Kids are gonna like pizza, and because the pizza here is nice and dry, it might be easier on their stomachs. Good choice if you can't afford buying a bunch of pizzas from Gondolier or Papa Johns.Wheelchair accessibility: As its in the plaza, which sits at road level, it is by default accessible. Doors are not automatic and must be opened manually.
