My husband and I visited on a Thursday, mind you it was after 6 pm an there was only one other couple in the whole place. It took about 10 minutes to just get our drinks(dr.pepper&tea) an chips/salsa. We ordered our food for the evening as soon as she brought these items to our table. We waited another 40 minutes to just get 10 wings an fries for my husband an then chicken chimichanga for myself. Along with it taking that amount of time to get the food we also had to walk to the counter an ask for refills because the two waitresses were doing other things( one was on her phone an the other was standing at the registers doing nothing.) I love the food itself its always delicious but you would think with only 2 couples in the whole restaurant it wouldn't take a total of 50 minutes to have food on the table. I understand people complain an grip all the time but I for one have much respect for people who work in the public an food industry however if you have 4 employees (2 cooks an 2 waitresses) an only 4 people total in a restaurant their is absolutely no reason to wait that long for food little less those same customers having to get up an ask for refills/chips, etc.

3 stars for the guacamole and chicken tacos. 0 stars for the condition of the restaurant. It looks like it’s barely held up with plywood and screws from the kitchen to the side hallway where the bathroom is. There was a hole beside the toilet that seemed like the perfect peep hole. There is thick black dust covering all the ceiling fans. The kitchen looked SO gross! It was disgusting. I will never go back which is sad bc the guacamole is to die for!!!

I have had lunch here twice now, and both times have been excellent!The restaurant boasts a wide variety of food options. It has the cuisine you would expect of a Mexican restaurant, but Mexi-Wing also has a section of their menu dedicated to American food like burgers, fries, and wings. This makes it a good spot to take family and guests that are divided on what to have for dinner.

This place was great. The staff was awesome. The food was amazing! I got the Speedy Gonzales lunch combo, and my wife had the lunch chimichanga. Both were great. The chips and salsa was very good and tastes very fresh.

I've been here several times this year and it never disappoints. Locals recommended it, or I'd have been dubious based on the name. They're a regional chain and the one in Sweetwater is my other favorite. They have "real" cane sugar Cokes, Jalisco fruit drinks, and they always have my takeout order ready when I arrive. Sakara was popular (see pic) waiting for me outside, and it also has the feeeeel of a Mexican food place. Honestly I've gotten wings more than Mexican food here. They do wings the way I like them, a little cronch, a lot of sauce, and all of the fixin's. I love a good torta and the chorizo + Asada burrito is a great meal.

I just waited over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant to pick up a Dasher order and to best it all I'm 99.999% certain I witnessed the only cook doing a drug transaction in the hallway.

Came in at 4:30p for a quick meal. There was two other table with customers who already had their food. I thought it would be a fast in and out. Server showed up quickly, I place my order for nachos, and I waited...and waited...and waited some more. It took 30 minutes to get my food. The cook was relaxing watching tv rather than cooking my food. The food is good but the waiting for the food to come out is terrible.
