My wife and I came in for lunch two weeks ago, and were highly disappointed with the lack of available menu items. We decided to give it another try and we went for lunch today at around 2:30. As soon as we walked in I could see a large improvement, the salad bar was fully stocked, we were seated very quickly and our server Kathy Lee was very nice and helpful. They had everything we ordered, I got the Hickory Bourbon Salmon, and my wife got the American Smashed burger, and both were delicious. So glad to see this place is improving and becoming more like it used to be.

My husband and I stoped in for dinner 4/15/2024 and both ordered an entree and salad bar. My husband liked his hamburger. I ordered the Philly steak and cheese that I sent back because it had entirely too much sauce on it and when I picked it up to take a bite it all fell apart because of so much sauce and liquid on it. The bread was so soggy it fell apart. The salad bar was out of several things and was so dirty and when I made a comment to a worker about it she just tried to ignore me. I spoke up again and asked for a couple of things that was empty and she hollered something to the kitchen but they never cleaned up the bar or filled any of the empty containers. I did make pictures of the dirty salad bar. They did not charge me for the sandwich or salad but they did not offer to make anything else or to fill up the empty containers on the bar so I left hungry. My husband was charged full price. I do have pictures of the dirty buffet.

Salad Bar is my favorite! The Brownie and ice cream are a #10 also. I really don't have a favorite entree, I usually get the special or whatever I'm craving that day. I think it's good and affordable.

Very disappointed. They didn't have baked potatoes that I ordered online for curbside pick up. When I got there and called to check in I was told to pick another side. Meanwhile the rest of my order got cold. I did not get any silverware for my to go order. No receipt was given. So I am unable to claim the order for my rewards now. Very disappointed in Athens Ruby Tuesday. When placing my order, I gave a 15% tip. Never again. Shame on them

Don’t go to the Athens tn location is not clean of staffed well the few people there were nice but incompetent waited 40 mins for food and it was wrong and under cooked

We left a 25% tip when we ordered online. We are always good tippers. We let them know when we arrived and were served cold food forty minutes after when it was suppose to be ready by. The parking lot was not full. My five year old's quesadilla was burnt. The fries were cold and very little in each container. Do they typically not include marinara sauce for cheese sticks, ranch for quesadillas, ketchup for fries, or any buffalo sauce for boneless wings? We will take our good tips elsewhere.
Ruby Tuesday hit all the marks, a day spent with my birthday girl today she turned 5 "granddaughter" she wanted Ruby Tuesday and a day with papaw, thanks to the waiter who's name I don't know but they did an excellent job for my birthday girl.I was unaware they obviously don't do birthday stuff but it's OK she smiled enjoyed an awesome meal.

Just horrible service! We were looking forward to the salad bar but it was a total mess! Food everywhere and not stocked! No pasta salads at all left and a little bowl of lettuce sitting on top. We were seated right away but then waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. When someone finally did come, she complained about not having a dishwasher or bar person. I asked about the salad bar and she said they were busy and someone was working on it. (We never saw anyone touch it to even clean it up!) We placed our order which was a very simple one. I ordered soup and my husband ordered a burger. We sat and waited for our food with our glass of water for 30 min and we still hadn’t gotten it. We finally just got up and left.Sitting in a restaurant for an hour with just a water is unacceptable! The restaurant was not busy as it was between 7:30 and 8:30 at night! I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant and won’t be back!
