The cook had a bad day, and I've been there as a line cook for many restaurants. No penalty. Lol. The staff was very friendly and you could tell they are pretty tight knit. I didn't even realize the hot food buffet when I walked in like a dumby, so I ordered from the menu (which offered a variety of meals if you're being picky that day) but it looked and smelled legit. Prices were fair, the restaurant and bathroom was clean. Honestly, you need to go eat here. Super easy I-75 on/off.

Uncomfortably Hot! Unbelievably too hot to have to work in this building. The temperature is 81 in the dining room. Service was understandably unpleasant, but they're here.Shoney's should do better for their employees and customers.

I come here 4-5 times a week. The people are nice the food is good. I love my favorite server Carlissa. She is always professional, very kind and always has a smile on her face to everyone. She keeps the restaurant atmosphere in high spirits and as a person who lives alone I choose to come here so often Bc of her sweet personality and the food is good. Please let her know she is appreciated and you have a great employee there. Servers like her are extremely rare!
