Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.Both Frapps had huge chunks of ice inside. Our water had black bits at the bottom of the cup. We ended up throwing out all our drinks. No way to come back for a refund or exchange as they never gave a receipt.

Went there an hour before closing. The door was locked and I had to knock before a very rude lady let me in. There's this girl. A woman. An angel. She got me hooked on Starbucks. Always great here. Ron is a sweetheart and his coworkers are great!Sept 2, 2023 they were, I kid you not, out of Pumpkin Spice. The GameDay VOLS Refresher is sweet and deposits like delicious. Peach, Pineapple, and Coconut Milk.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars due to my horrendous experience on Saturday afternoon. My partner and I walked in to grab some drinks before running errands, there was a picture of a young girl with zero context and I politely asked if she was employee of the month. They looked at me like I was dumb and said she passed away. Not wanting to make it awkward we completed our order, gave our condolences, and waited. Only to my dismay to hear the employees talking rudely and badly about not only me but the previous customers who've asked questions about the deceased within earshot. As we were leaving the dark haired girl with tattoos was smoking outside with another employee and pointed to our car and stared at us as we drove away. I will never come back to this location until everyone can learn to fix their attitudes and not talk rudely about customers right in front of them or at all.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks the employees are more worried about the conversations they're having or their phones to get my order out and even a half timely manner today in the middle of a bad storm instead of getting my drink made they decided to stand there with the mixture in their hand conversating so I had to wait an extra five minutes or longer for them to have a whole conversation I find this extremely rude especially when it's every single time I'm there
