Tried to order 2 number 14s which is breakfast burritos, lady kept asking what we wanted sausage or ham, then we explained sausage burrito, looked at screen and she had sausage burrito and some type of sandwiches tried explaining what our order was supposed to be, got nowhere! Had to finally leave, went to McDonald's had no problem ordering!
Even though it was busy, they took our order quickly. Then to our suprise the food was there in no time. We figured it would take a little while but they were really taking care of buisness. Great job to the staff at Sonic, and the management.

Somehow our order got all messed up and we got charged the wrong amount and got shorted some food got some food that we didn't even order Manager came out straightened it all out. But the original girl helping us was very unprofessional.
