The service was great however we were not pleased with the group at the bar. You would have thought it was a bar in the neighborhood of Memphis where I would not have been, not Bartlett. They were extremely loud and the language worse than that at a bar full of Sailors. There were young children present and I felt sorry for their family having to endure such profanity.I will think twice before I will consider going back.

The bathroom here is so nasty! Hair everywhere dirty toilets, broken paper towel dispenser, dirty menus, sticky tables. Highly disappointed. Update to add: 2 of the 3 people that are got sick that night.

We are regulars for a reason. The service is amazing and the people are friendly. The appetizer combo is huge and delicious, and I always have plenty to take home. And if you haven't tried the Quesadilla Burger, do it!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and crayons. Family friendly place.
My experience was horrible my friend and I went for a luncheon the waitress took forever to greet us and once the orders where taking the food was wrong/ incorrect upon receiving it and I was also charged an unauthorized tip to my card not only was I unhappy with my service the waitress was out of line and the manager didn't seem to care so I definitely will take this too issue to corporate ( do not have waitress kadeiora H aka "KD" service you 0/10)

Wheelchair accessibility: There was no way to get to the upper floor because there is no wheelchair accessibility. The table I was first placed at was rocking badly; however the employee who assisted me due to my disability was very nice and caring. If people like he were at a restaurant, I would still go back. He even assisted me down the steps and to my car. I would rate him the highest there is. He deserved a tip❤️

Felt really sorry for the bartender tonight, looked like he had very little help. The customers at the bar were making it hard for anyone to want to be there. We got up and left after waiting forever to be waited on.

Friendly service cleaning dining room quick and efficient food hot and ready. Always leave a great tip from dine in to delivery. My favorite sis is the Mac and cheese with the chipotle strips.Vegetarian options: Salads soup.
