“The food was good. The prices were reasonable but expensive. The service by the owner was subpar and not to be expected when you spend close to $100 for wings and fries. Again, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but the problem was service and altitude of owner. I got the impression that he knew the food was great and that he cared less about how he treated his customers. Or he could just have been having a bad day. Either way, I will not be going back to the restaurant. I only spend my money where I am respected and appreciated. Good food and bad service don't cut it for me, if you want great wings and bad service this is the place for you byt not me.“
“Ordered online for my lunch break, co-worker ordered too. Got there at the scheduled time and there was a sign on the register that said short staffed, please be patient. Had to wait about 10 minutes. There was one employee, taking orders, handing out orders and making pizza. He was doing an awesome job, and when I made it back to work everything was correct. GREAT JOB!“
“The wings were good but not the best I've had in town. The celery and carrot were not crisp like I'm use to but everything tasted fine. I got the 6pc meal suggested by the lady at the cashier. I'm not sure if it's their style or the vibe they're going for but I was a little put off by the fact she barely put her phone down to answer my questions. Unfortunately not the experience that makes me want to come back. I hope they train their team with better customer service. Sometimes I can overlook the customer service if the food is exceptional but it was just above OK. ?“
“Extremely good wings! If you like spicy make sure you tell them as hot is more like mild, but she told me in advance. It was exactly what I was looking for. Don’t sleep on Crout’s! Prices weren’t that bad considering the inflation right now. I highly recommend a visit if you like wings.“
“The food is really good here. I placed an online order. I was told 15 minutes. I went to get food and paid. I was told a few minutes. 45 minutes went by and still no food. I asked about it. They told me they would start the order then. They seem to not always get the orders in the order they come in but somewhat willy nilly. It was also a little smoky. The food was good but expect a wait.“
