The manager fixed me a specific pizza for my dietary requirements. I was very pleased with it and the taste. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. All the items available were fresh and delicious.

They must have been short handed today. The pizzas were delicious, but took longer than usual to make. One of the employees was constantly running frantically all over the place trying to do a bunch of things at once (catch pizzas out of the oven before they fell, clean up spilled food near the buffet, take orders up front...)

We love this place! We have "senior cards" so after X amt of visits we get a free meal. (The only part about being a "senior " that doesn't suck, lol) I think for both of us to eat it's 17.00 total. The baked desserts they serve warm are HEAVENLY. The only thing we wish they had is eggs and cheese on the salad bar. Now that would be wonderful.

First and last time here at CiCis Pizza..Cooks couldn't keep up with the buffet items. This is not a place for people who dont eat pork items and they look at you crazy for asking about what is in the pizza. My husband waited 30 minutes for a pizza with out cheese..Dietary restrictions: My husband has allergies to diary products and waited 30 minutes for a pizza

We went inside to place an order of cinnamon rolls to go. Got them, they were hot and fresh and so delicious that we decided to place a second order after we left. This time, we ordered online and returned to pick them up. The second batch of cinnamon rolls were warm, but they weren't as soft, fresh, or well glazed as the first ones we'd gotten. That was the only reason we'd come back for more. Both trips there happened within a span of about 30 minutes, maybe less and it's pretty safe to say we were a bit disappointed at the inconsistency of the orders. We'll still be back for more, but it was a bit disheartening to be so excited about the quality we received to a point where we immediately wanted to come back just to not receive that same quality.

Horrible don’t even deserve 1 star nothing was fresh we had to order extra pizza to the table when my family and I paid for buffet that’s how horrible and terrible the customer service and the food preparation was last night. Total waste of money. Also mopped at 5 o’clock the entire store while people was eating. Children and other adults almost fell plenty of times
Literally, the last 5 times I have placed an order online to pickup, my pizza is always wrong. It's getting quite annoying to have to wait for them to remake such a simple pizza.

This was dirtiest place. The plates still had food on them and so did the trays. We told the manager and he brushed it off by saying they must of got busy last night. Either their dishwasher doesn’t work or they have some lazy workers. If they have a big food poisoning outbreak I would not be surprised.Parking: They need a better manager thst believes in sanitation. The tops on tea was off. Plates and trays dirty. All wet.

The overall quality has slowly started to dip here lately.There seems to be fewer and fewer options on the buffet line, the dessert pizzas were almost non existent, and the "game room" is...well it's the physical embodiment of "the bare minimum".It's not at "totally avoid" levels yet but it definitely wouldn't be my top 5 choice

Due to the fact that I’m a foodie this place is not it they messed up my order twice then replaced my brownie with a chocolate pizza sounds good doesn’t it? But it wasn’t…my supreme pizza had things on it that I asked not to be on it so overall, this place is a no for me. It’s the attitude for me if I pay for something and I tell you you messed up and I am as polite as I could possibly be it’s only fair that you make my food, right
