One of my favorite places. Have been a customer for years! Good service always get my food super quick , friendly however I also noticed the extra charge today when paying. That is a thumbs down for me, that’s not cool . I know a lot of places are doing that now but it’s nice to be warned, told or something.

I was regular here,come for the taco salads and beer fajitas whatever. Never had an issue Till i called out the bogus"FEE" added to my check for using my debt card ..wow what's this new thing i have never seen it before after years of coming here.Corn pop the manager told me "we have been adding a fee for a year now,food is expensive". So why not raise the price of the food instead of hiding a fee down at the bottom of the check?Manager didn't like my questions or me for calling him out for beating his customers so he said dont come back ever again ..i laughed,he wants to loose me as a customer over a few bucks ,no big deal there is a Mexican restaurant on every corner in Memphis... avoid small minded establishments who take advantage of people El Mezcal is certainly a nickel and dimer with hidden fees

We go here for lunch often. The El Mezcal restaurants have been a long time favorite of ours. We just started regularly going to this location. Best taco salads I’ve had since I first started eating at El Mezcal when I was 18 years old! Super fun staff!
