I had the best experience at this Freddy’s from the greeting when I pulled up to the excellent customer service when I left. I think the worker who helped me his name is Uno. He was so amazing and well mannered. I had a horrible experience at another Freddy’s, but this experience has been amazing. Thank you to this staff and I will be back!

We came in with our church youth group of about 16 youth and 10 adults. About a third of the group was on one ticket, so some mistakes were a given. No complaints from us because we understand the dilema we were putting them through. Kay and her crew took care of us with smiles and top act professionalism. Kudos! Definitely going back!

I came to Freddy's in Bartlett yesterday around noon, as soon as I stepped into the door the guy behind the front counter yells out to me "WELCOME TO FREDDYS" with the biggest smile I have ever seen! Immediately I felt welcomed! As I began to place my order he told me his name was Jason and he was very knowledgeable about the differfood items on the menu! If they get any kind of bonus for UPSALING then he is the one. Once I was done with my order he began to tell me about the new item that is offered ans how I should try it! I don't even like MILK SHAKES but the way he sells it makes me want to try it! I have never had customer service like this before! The very next customer walked in behind me he gave them the same energy! I can tell this man enjoys his job! Five stars is not enough for the service that I received! I would give him 10 plus stars if I could! This is the best Freddy's I have been to !!!Kid-friendliness: My 7 year old loves to come there after school he feels the oreo sandwich and fries are the greatest
