Food was decent. Service was not at all like it normally is. Our waitress was horrible and became very rude when we became concerned about waiting for our food for over 45 minutes. We didn’t actually get our food until we asked about canceling our order because of the unusually long wait and the rudeness of the waitress.
They didn't greet us. They walked past us like we were ghosts but when a white couple walked in after us. They were greeted immediately and sat at a table. We left and went to a restaurant where they were able to see people come into the establishment.

Went in, sign said to see cashier to order then seat yourself so that’s what we did. Took over 45 min to get food and our app was cold and our food was semi warm. For that amount of time it should have been HOT! This location is Not at all like any of the other locations we had been to. The food was just ok. For the price I expected what I would normally get at the other locations we have been to. HOT food and tasty chicken. It was a far cry from the other locations! The chicken was semi warm and dry and lacked the normal flavor I have had at any other location. Had I paid with my credit card we would have disputed the transaction and left prior to getting our food because of the service or lack there of I should say.Servers were rude and not helpful. Over all we felt very unwelcome. Our food was bagged as a Togo order even though we seated ourselves as we have done at other locations with intent to sit and eat. When my fiancé went to inquire about our food the cashier was extremely rude and acted bothered and it still took longer to get our food after he checked on it! Definitely won’t go back to this location again.Location- Bartlett

It just simply wasn't good enough for the wait on the food. Understand it's probably a institution here in Memphis but I was hungry and I didn't really want to wait 40 minutes for a basic order of two pieces of chicken especially since it wasn't really that busy
