Online order and when I showed up at the time is supposed to be, my order wasn't ready, they forgot 1 of my orders and they didn't even try to rush to correct the mistake they did, I had to wait for another 20min to get it, won't go back again unless owner address the issue.

I’m really happy they have a jersey mike’s in the area now. I ordered a giant club sub and my food tasted great. Customer service is decent too!Since it’s a new location, they have new staff so I understand the frustration/tension when I saw them training staff..However, this place is promising and I will remain positive & patient when they get it rolling!

I have always enjoyed their food, but since I have tried the Bartlett location, they absolutely have no customer service. Tonight I took my daughter to try it for the first time. The guy at the service counter mumbled and was getting irritated when I was unable to hear him, then after taking our order he continued to work on other customer’s sandwiches and not even acknowledge what we were to do next. So we just stood there at the counter waiting and nobody said a word. Two girls who were making to go orders came and acknowledged a door dash guy, but didn’t even help the guy at the service counter who apparently was backed up with orders. They desperately need training on customer service and professionalism especially on a new restaurant here in Bartlett. Super disappointed!!!!

Only person in line. Five employees are behind the counter and no one took my order. Everyone just standing and watching. If you’re going to offer a veggie sandwich then the main vegetable on that sandwich needs to be available and you can’t prepare a veggie sandwich using a slicer covered in meat.

I went to this store today around 2pm and ordered a giant #9. I requested the condiments (mayo and mustard) be put on each side of the bread. Shirley, the white lady, slicing the meat, said she was not allowed to do that. I just wanted the mustard put where the meat would be placed. She refused claiming that was not allowed. She wouldn’t put mayo how I wanted. How can you refuse to make a sandwich the way a customer wants it? I am paying for it. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. I would have walked out but the sandwich was for other people too. She needs training in customer service. I’ve been here several times, no problem

I stop by monthly after an appointment we must visit the area for and I casually mentioned the mixup with my sandwiches on our previous visit. Kudos to Amanda for being so professional and courteous. She is the true definition exemplary customer service and is so deserving of the recognition & praise. She wasn’t even there on my previous visit but wanted to make things right tonight and I couldn’t be happier. Great job Amanda for going the extra mile!!

I placed an online order for pick up. The staff were very helpful and friendly even though the store was very busy. I also have to mention that the bathrooms are very clean. Overall a very enjoyable visit.
