Made an online order during a $10 8pc bucket special day. Order made at 5:10pm. Arrived at the store with the pickup shelf empty at 5:40pm. Stood at the counter hoping someone hadn't picked up my food. Waited for 11 mins at the counter with staff walking by but without any acknowledgment. Finally someone asked and I let them know that I had made a online order. At 5:55pm my name was called and received my order. Do better at acknowledging customers and with customer service.

I'm always in Bartlett, so I decided to stop at this particular KFC. My order was a 3 piece original. When I received my order it had 2 pieces of chicken no biscuit and the cashier said they don't have hot sauce due to the weather. What the h--l the weather havd to due with the condiments. The service was bad. Maybe I went on the wrong day. When I spend my hard earned money on my food I expect good quality on everything.

They tried to give me the wrong order twice . Two differant employees. And when I got my food and left my drink carbonation was off. But the crew was working hard very friendly was genuinely apologetic about the mistakes . I will continue going there I'm a satisfied coustemer. Mistakes will happen its how you make it right that counts at the end of the day!
