Never fails. Everytime I order for delivery, they always leave some of my order off, and can hardly get in contact with anybody. People spend good money and they don't care how they fix your food or if all of your order is there. Again, $70+ order today, 2 Liter missing again... And all the delivery person says is no hablo English.

The lobby was jam packed of customers waiting on orders, so being told 15 minutes for 1 Pepperoni Pizza + 1 order of Crazy Puffs was reasonable and not an issue. There was 1 teen on the register and at least 3 adult employees seen mostly in the kitchen. The menu board was not on or broken. Received my incomplete order after about a 30 minute wait. The pizza box and my receipt had my complete 2 item order printed on it. The pizza appeared to have cheese & pepperoni pulled off of a couple slices.I was swatting gnats as I waited 10-15 more minutes to receive the 2nd item, resulting in the pizza getting ice COLD. We all know you have to eat a Little Caesars pizza within 5-10 min of being ready or it's not as enjoyable (straight out the box). I'll give 2 stars only because the Crazy Puffs were actually good and hot. Not worth the trouble though...No apology, no discount nor anything extra offered for free for the unexpected, huge inconvenience. I'm certain my missing item was given to another customer, hence it not being included with my order initially. I do not recommend purchasing from this location anymore. Make sure you have a lot of time, patience and money to potentially waste on terrible service!I assume you may have a much better experience if you order online instead.Parking: Parking Lot is within a busy plaza area.

Dirty, nasty, broken menu boards, pretty much out of every soda 2 liter. Pizza boxes on the nasty floor. Place is the worst i have seen as far as little caesars go. Food was dreadful, got a hot and ready and have been in some of the worst stomach pain ever all day. Dont eat here.

There was a bit of a row in the store where a disgruntled customer was cussing out the staff over some sauce. Over SAUCE!? They were very busy and short-handed. Felt bad for the employees. And then, things were far from hot and definitely not ready. It's not like anybody has huge expectations. But it was kinda scary and a bit more 'meh' than usual.?

I ordered and was told that the wait would be 20 minutes, so I walked down to Shoe Carnival. When I asked about my order, I was told that it would be an additional 40 minutes. Needless to say, I was upset.

CUSTOMIZED A PIZZA THAT I PAYED $17 for, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR VEGGIES ONLY ON ONE HALF, (I Do not like this veggies nor my kid). Had to wait for someone to come to the front to let them know at the counter... I had my baby crying in car thats why i did it ONLINE ORDER.

I ordered a Custom round pepperoni, Italian sausage with extra Italian sausage. I have been buying this once a week for months. Tonight I ordered it again. I got my pizza with mostly pepperoni and very little Italian sausage. It was loaded with sauce and pepperoni. Am not happy. They were having trouble ringing it up tonight. If I had of wanted a pepperoni pizza I would have ordered pepperoni which would have been cheaper. Disgusting!
