Yesterday, I was in town for just one day on business, and I really wanted to spend dinner time with my kids and grandkids. We were extremely pressed for time, as my bus was leaving in just a few hours, and I had my grandchild with me. We were seated in the back of the restaurant at a booth with a blown light bulb. I asked for a high chair, but the host told me someone else would have to get it for us. We never got it. We were never greeted and sat there for what seemed like forever.I noticed a white family being served promptly. A high chair was even brought out for them. My daughter and I watched as several staff members passed us by as if we weren't even there. Soon after, two older Caucasian women were seated in the booth right behind us. The same server, who had continuously ignored us as if we were invisible, immediately greeted the ladies behind us and took their drink orders. I looked at her with pure disbelief. I couldn't believe this was still happening in 2024. My daughter and I immediately grabbed our things to leave. The staff just looked at us, knowing we had not been served. I asked for a manager, but the manager never came out. We ended up having to leave quickly to find another place to eat so I wouldn't miss my bus. I had never been to this location before this incident. We only came here because my daughter had spoken highly of the service. M Instead, on this day, we received grossly unfair treatment and discrimination. I plan to make sure everyone knows about this. That shouldn't happen to anyone news flash MS server. I know you stereotyped us and didn't want to serve us. Well, jokes on you, we always tip extremely well . Treat people how you want to be treated

It’s 11:08 and I’m playing music in the restaurant. I come here everytime. This is my favorite restaurant in town! If you want something different than normal Mexican restaurants come here they have a lot of sea foods. The owner is also very nice. The waiters never get mad at anyone. The food taste amazing. I always get Quesadillas de pollo and 12 ostiones locos. Great for testosterone. Overall this should be the best Mexican Restaurant out here!

This was my favorite Mexican restaurant until today! We paid $75 for 3 top shelf margaritas! The bartender was on break when I ordered, so I walked the waitress through making my margarita with Don Julio, Grand Mariner, and Sweet & Sour in a short glass. She did a great job. They charge $30 for a pitcher of their top shelf margarita, so we prepared to pay $45 for the 3 drinks. They charged each ingredient by the shot instead of the mixed drink price, saying it wasn’t a mixed drink. Never again!

1st and last visit here. Service was terrible, the orders were wrong, $3.00 to run our CC and they automatically tacked on 18% tip, which is more than likely why the service was horrible... She knew she was getting paid off of our table of 6..... Beyond disappointing. I mean we asked for water 3x and we never got it.

Service was very dry and lack of communication and overall effort. Two orders were made one order was luke warm and ok which was fine I'm not a complainer. Second meal was wrong it came with ingredients that it shouldn't and simple asked for a taco instead no big deal. The plate was taken back and the exact meat was reused to make the taco. Just why? Manager was lack luster and said nothing.
food was good. we came in and sat about 30 mins before I told someone that we were ready to order drinks. the waiter finally came so I ordered our food as well, worried that he would take a while to come back. 25 more mins. no drink. we get our food. I was missing my shrimp, my cheese, sour cream and tortillas. we still didn’t get drinks right away. we finally get our drinks and waiter says will be back (with my stuff I didnt get) so now we are sitting here with food and drinks but no silverware or straws lol. by that point I was just ready to go. but 20 mins before waiter comes back so I can get my check and to go boxes. the food was great. family atmosphere. very clean. might have just been a busy day.

Let me just say. This used to be my favorite spot for Mexican food. However today, I've changed that feeling. And it's all due to the lack of communication on an order of cheese dip. The cost of this cheese was 2.25 cents. In the picture, you will see why this was a problem. And the way they tried to explain it was like they had a cow in the back with somebody's grandmother churning milk to make this gourmet cheese. "NOT". Then they bring out this little cup. To many other options on this street alone, to be dealing with this. I've had better and been happier with service in other spots. Food trucks included. My coworker also agreed, it's his last time as well. He'll right his on review.

The service abhorrent and complaints are met with invitations for you to leave and they goad you as you do. Please note that I didn’t spend any money because the hostess told me to leave when I asked her why she dumped out me is on the table and walked away without saying anything to us. Simply partake at your own risk!
