This happens every time I visit, they always hand food out without putting it in a bag,is Marco’s counting the bags???

WORST location. The food looked thrown together and burned. I'm honestly scared to eat it... the employees have no gloves on fixing the food. The Trinity and Lakeland locations are much better. Will never visit this location again.

PUTS ALL PIZZA CHAINS IN THE AREA TO SHAME! Staff was just amazing. So friendly and helpful. Front cashiers kept checking on my pizza and immediately brought it to me for take out when it came out of the oven. Kitchen staff had smiles on their faces and were laughing and having fun. Pizza was perfect. Thanks for an excellent experience. GIVE THE STAFF A RAISE! THEY EARN IT EVERYTIME WE VISIT!

The last pizza that I ordered with Marco's, was delivered and wasn't prepared to my satisfaction.So I called and requested the manager, upon the female manager getting on the phone, I stated to her, that in my order, I requested extra meat and extra cheese, but it appeared that, the extra items weren't on the pizza.Her comment to me, was you can bring the pizza, back to the store and I'll put more extras on the pizza.Last words to me, If you want to bring it back,But it was delivered for a reason!Very disappointed,

Food is expensive and is sometimes good but sometimes bad. The last time I was then the manager was yelling at the hard working delivery drivers. Shoutout to Paul and Donald, 2 really good drivers they have. If they weren't there along with Chiquita in the kitchen, that place would be a mess. The only reason they get 4 stars from me is because of those 3.

Pizza and wings are always amazing!3 years later UPDATE !The service isn't good anymore ?. The last 3 times I've ordered delivery they have forgotten parts of my order or it arrives cold . I dnt live far . The last 2 times they said they would send the rest of my order bit I never received it .I think it's time to get away from franchised restaurants ?

I ordered this pizza close to close and it was hot and fresh...in fact still in oven when I arrived. I went through the drive thru, and wait no longer than 4 minutes be assisted and that was including time behind another car. I was told to pull around since my order wasn't ready. However, I'm hard-headed and pulled into a spot. After 5 to 8 minutes a worker brought my pizza to my car. He went the extra mile. I wish I had caught his name, but I didn't. I know he worked on a Friday night and worked the drive thru.
