Ordered through the app and gave them thirty minutes to have the food ready. Got there and they handed me half of my order and were genuinely puzzled when I asked for the other half that was on the receipt. Been waiting for 15 minutes now on a nacho basket with the rest of my food getting cold. Awful experience. Poor attitude employees. Incredibly slow.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with McAlister’s. The staff could care less about customer service, no sense of urgency and literally throwing and shove people’s orders around with no organization. They all had bad attitudes and argued in front of the entire restaurant from the time I walked in until the time I left. We ordered online and it took an hour to receive it with no back log - just no sense of urgency at all.

Cashier 2 @ 4:49 pm was rude. I got a lemonade with added peach snd strawberry and she didn't fill my cup. It's over an inch or more from full. Didn't say thank you. I stood 3 to 4 Minutes before she even turned around to acknowledge me prior to taking my order. Only 1 couple is inside dining and no one else was in line. Just rude!

Sadly disappointed by management. I provided documentation from my bank and admission by their own personnel of an double-charge on my ATM card by their employee in excess of $416.00 for a large delivery order. This was over a year ago yet the company has neither reimbursed me, nor returns my calls any longer. Prior to this, I was a frequent customer. Never again. RIPOFF.

I have been a Mcallister's fan for years bur this location has really changed and not for the better. I usually get take-out these days so I do not see the food til I get home. They never fill the soup bowls to the top anymore and the sandwiches are not as good. I always loved the King Club but I do not think I will order it again as it was significantly less meat. The place will be dead and still takes a long time to get your food.

Have order food on several occasions this time was horrible the sandwich ordered was soggy, ordered chips none arrived, no straw with drink. Tea was half and half unsweetened and sweet, the sweetness was at the bottom. Very disappointed had to throw sandwich away ate only half even after removing some of the ingredients from the sandwich.
