I’ve visited Pier 64 several times because it’s close by my home but actually, the food is really good and the staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve been there during lunch hours as well as dinner, and the service is always exceptional.Parking: The times I’ve visited I never had an issue about parking.Kid-friendliness: I notice parents bringing their kids there after school for possibly a celebration. I applaud the fact that the restaurant is very versatile in that it accommodates an adult atmosphere but can switch to deal with children as well.

The food is great, the environment was nice and quiet, it looks nice in the restaurant, good customer service from our waitress and it didn't take the food long to come. The Pier 64 sauce mild is great. I don't eat broccoli much but the broccoli here in the Pier 64 sauce is great.

Wow. I visited because of the reviews but had a totally different experience. I walked on and was not greeted or acknowledged by the guy at the front counter right inside the entrance. He was on his phone so I went on to the restroom. Once I returned I walked back up to the same counter and was typing something on his phone or playing a game. Either way he did not acknowledge me this time either. I picked up a menu, looked it over and then asked him if they had boil bags. He snatched the menu up and slammed ot back down on the counter pointing out the boil bag section and said there! Welp, I know when I'm in a place I'm not welcomed at so I left. As I left he said "have a good day" which I felt was condescending based on his tone. All I did was show up to get me a boil bag for lunch. Really wanted to try this place but based off of this brief experience I'll let yall have it.

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The manager Chan is very kind as well as professional. He greets the customers coming in, and walks around asking is everything good. Came up to us as we were leaving and invited us back. Will definitely be returning!

First time eating here and we absolutely loved it. The flavors of everything the serving size and the staff were all amazing. Tim was our server and we went in at like 3:45/4pm ish to eat an early dinner and he was super nice, gave us time to decide what we would like and have an excellent recommendation for the blacked chicken pasta! We will definitely be back again!

I was here visiting from the dmv area and somebody suggested Pier 64. I had the best experience ever. The first night I went I had the Friday special which had crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp, 2 corn on the cobs, and 4 potatoes. I chose the garlic butter sauce with medium heat, which was perfect for me if you like it spicy. The second night they had a DJ. It was a nice vibe. I has the lamb chops which came with 2 sides and Texas toast. The food price is excellent for the amount of food you get. I got the blue sky margarita and it was worth every penny. When I come back to Memphis, that will be my first stop.
