I didn't need anything sweet, but I wanted it. This place had nice reviews, so I felt comfortable making the extra drive for something sweet. I placed my order online since I was about 15 minutes away. I received the confirmation that my order was placed and eventually my order was ready right about the time that I pulled up. When I entered, I assumed there would be a designated area for pickups, no. I had to stand in line just like everyone else, wait for them to place their orders and pay, and then mention my pickup order. The order had not been made yet even though I'd received the confirmation, as I was hoping to hop in and hop out of the establishment.CUSTOMER SERVICEOne thing that troubles me about food service is the people who really don't like their jobs. The two young ladies barely greeted any of the guests, they looked dejected and tired, despite the colorful/playful nature of the room. Geez, just go home.AMBIANCEThis place is NASTY. The ice cream scoopers are laying in the ice cream as the unhappy servers use their ungloved hands multiple times to scoop ice cream, take money, touch the register etc. Gross. Batter is splattered on the walls and on the sides of machines which is slightly understandable. Slightly. But come on... consider what your guests are doing while they are waiting. Regretting is what they are doing.FOODTbh, it was just okay. I purchased a funnel cake and a blue raspberry shake. And it was MEH.Will NOT return. Maybe downtown location is better. But Bartlett... do better.

I haven't been in a while and my sweet tooth was tingling. It was very colorful and vibrant upon arrival and the staff were very nice and patient. I got the strawberry cheesecake funnel cake, a shake, and a small snow with ice cream (strawberry lemonade and Bahama mama flavor) everything was delicious and the food was a great price. They had seating both inside and out which made eating your delicious treat easy. Definitely a great establishment.

I absolute LOVE this place. The sweets are great and the people are awesome. They are always on point with everything. I definitely recommend to anyone who loves sweets. The ice-cream with snow is so so good.

Great place to go to when you’re craving certain sweets you can’t get elsewhere. Funnel cake is something I could only get at fairs and festivals until I discovered Quintessential Sweets but their caramel apples are spectacular. Have yet to get one I don’t like! They also keep very well for a few days if I leave them uncut and the apple is always nice and crisp.

It would be nice if they had more selected topping options for the dipped strawberries. I'm not a huge milk chocolate person. But I love white chocolate. Including dipped apples, bananas, and grapes would be and added bonus. Adding in cookies, brownies, and cupcakes are also a plus.

Phenomenal service and great tasting, FRESH food. The shop was really cute too. They have so much to offer. From freshly made ice cream, to all the fried confections, to dipped apples and strawberries. It's all amazing. The two ladies there tonight were super sweet and cared about each order. It was a busy one tonight! Prices were on point if not lower than I expected. Keep it up!!

Great local sweet shop that offers everything from adult snow cones to candied apples.I stopped in here with my wife for the first time after our anniversary dinner to grab some dessert and was not disappointed. She ended up grabbing a candy apple and I got a slice of birthday cake cheesecake and a snow cone. We enjoyed all of food we purchased and recommend this place highly.They also offer quite the range of baked goods and funnel cakes which all looked yummy.
