Not getting my points. Much as I visit this place. I've brought it to couple workers one young lady was nice about it and stated she would inform the manager and that was last week. I go there today and my points still the same 30 points. The lady that's there today pretty much brushed me off. Didn't write .y number down so she can tell the manager again. She literally brushed me off and said I'll remember your number. Just rude!

Love love love these cupcakes!! They are huge and are super moist!! Love their variety of cupcakes. I've tried almost all of them! Would def recommend. Service is always good and very patience, as there are so many to choose from! It's clean and great vibe.

We absolutely love Smallcakes and their amazing staff. My daughter always has a special request and they do their best to accommodate. Tonight she told me “the people working here are really nice” (after they found blue sprinkles to add to her cupcake) ❤️. Oh, and the cupcakes/ice cream are delicious too!

The cupcake stands always look beautiful full of a dozen or so choices! They’re huge and packaged neatly regardless of how many you get. The cake is a little crumbly for my liking but still moist and all the flavors I’ve tried have been delicious. You can checkout their flavors and cupcake of the day on FB but beware they are hard to resist once you see/taste them.

Their cakes are great. But they are never open based on their hours. Currently have power, claimed they are closed due to no power. But really it’s the weekend before July 4. And they don’t work around that time. Ever. Be honest, post closed for the holidays.

First off the list: I highly enjoy the cupcakes here. 10/10 and I’ve eaten every flavor.My issue is the kind but unwelcoming demeanor the hosts have that work here. You’d think being a government worker, pulling up in a highly obvious government vehicle, that there could be clear and logical assumptions made, but alas… For example, when I enter the store and say hey and 90% of the time get stared at like I’m a ghost, or when I say I’d like this cupcake and it’s a slight hesitation about 90% of the time. Or, when I’m paying and no one asks me if I’m a rewards member or even mentions it 90% of the time. Yet other people are greeted and given all the pleasantries I’m denied, 90% of the time. I say 90% because there’s literally only one person that acts normal and I don’t know their name nor their schedule, so I’m happy whenever I see her. I wish we were in a post racial world, but the dream seems distant. I love the cupcakes here, highly recommended. My alternative has been Jay Bear’s (?) down the road. Their cupcakes are smaller but just as good and they’re pleasant to every customer.
