If I could give 0 stars I would. The fact that this place just closes whenever they want to is ridiculous. They closed tonight at 8:00pm when their sign, and online says 9:30pm. They closed due to “weather conditions.” Mind yall ITS RAINING, this is TN RAIN is normal.I would understand if there were snow on the ground, but this has happened to me 3 times now. I will NOT be back. Google & the door should be updated if you’re going to close early every single night!

So, I have been eating at this subway often almost 4 to 5 times a week, I get the same sandwich everytime and I also tip every time. Today one of the younger workers literally put zero tuna on my sandwich, the batch was obviously complete and she needed to go get more but instead of doing that she acts like she putting tuna on the sandwich, when I could see it's was hardly any, I mean at the end it was maybe a teaspoon (not exaggerating)She keep half of the bread elevated to try and block me from being able to see the half she put the tuna on, put three tomatoes on my sandwich and even sold the thing to me, which is basically stealing because your deliberately short changed me and not just a little. I left a tip again and paid for it just to show I'm not that guy, I threw the sandwich in the garbage upon walking out. You shouldn't do that to people, I mean I ate there so much that one of the workers made my sandwich without me even saying anything. Anyway I guess I'm done with that.

This is the only subway I know of that posted a sign on their door saying "we don't take coupons"! And the employees are SUPER RUDE! Act like they don't need anybody's business, so I won't be back. Plenty of places to eat where people are grateful for my business.

This Subway does not accept Subway coupons. If you are hoping to save a couple of dollars using a coupon, this is not the place. The staff are nice. We all need a break during this period of inflation. I'm on a quest for inexpensive fast food.

It’s being 2 times and I try giving them a chance but the owner is rude I went in at 8:20 they closed at 9 he was the employee ask me what I would like the owner rude said no we closed I said you sign said open and it saids 9 is 8:22 he said we closed I just went and leave I drove a extra mile it was 8:46 the employees were nice and didn’t tock long hubby had tha happen before I will avoid this subway the owner doesn’t know how treat customers

Was greeted when I came in but it seemed so forced. Not a smile in the entire place. Ordered two subs toasted. Neither one was actually toasted. More like steamed. Turkey tastes weird and that steak teriyaki should be banned. Then they do not accept coupons. When i asked why, the lady mumbled something about a boss. They have a thick accent and it's hard to understand them. Safe to say i will not visit this location again or any Subway. Bring Jared back or something....
