I normally go through the drive-thru when I go to Taco Bell. Still, compared to other ones I have gone through, THIS Taco Bell’s employees are always very friendly and efficient. I don’t know how many times I have driven away with no napkins, the wrong sauce, rude workers, some not seemingly knowing how to count change..It’s just refreshing to know that some employees value their jobs and know how to treat customers!

I used my credit to make a purchase drive thru. The employee that took my order stole my credit card information and made several purchase's. I attempted to contact the store manager. They didn’t care and wasn’t concerned.

Instead of being greeted by a happy faced employee, I was told by a grumpy employee that I’d have to use the kiosk. To her surprise, I told her that I didn’t “have to” do anything and I simply walked out. If Taco Bell can’t take my order and my money pleasantly, then they won’t get any at all.

It looks like they took the loaded steak nacho fries I ordered right out of the garbage can and just heated them up, and the box had barely anything left in it.

This is why haven’t been to Taco Bell in 2 years! The breakfast tacos are super small and flat! All you are getting are eggs and a few very small minced crumbles of sausage. The hash brown seems like it’s been refried. It’s not even soft in the middle any more so when I bit it it crumbled up like a cookie from Danish Cookie company. The only thing that was good were the Cinnabits . They’re wrong for this!

I don't know how, but this place has the best burritos I've ever had at a taco bell. Idk how it's possible, but it is. The staff is also extremely kind and attentive. Our order somehow got lost in the shuffle, and when I went to ask about it they immediately got it out to me and even went as far as to provide complimentary items for the inconvenience. They were incredibly kind and also really good at making Taco Bell taste even better than it normally does!
