Terrible wait time on food. Kitchen extremely slow. The restaurant is completely empty and there has been a hour ( and counting wait) on food. We were patrons at the hotel decided to eat in and gave Bur Bun a try. Never again. My 6-year-old is still waiting on his cheese pizza....?

My burger was alright but overpriced. Wife ordered a jalapeno stuffed burger that had zero jalapenos. Staff was friendly and corrected the order. Nice overall selection of bourbon at a reasonable price.

A crunchy old fashioned was served to me--crispy. I was chewing sugar from the packets that were thumped before opening. As a bartender, that's a very basic drink--very hard to mess up. Maybe the hotel will invest in some simple syrup to keep behind the bar.

One thing thanks for the night at the hotel and food I really loved the food and room was fabulous to me.I'm happy thanks for the wonderful room. Someone did a great thing for me. I do appreciate it. Only wish i had two nights because one night ws good but i just couldnt sleep i was so spoiled i had both tubes going and took a shower four timesand watched some good movies. Just wish i could have had concierge service. And the awesome breakfast.Kid-friendliness: Its just a good family hotel to come through the metro here south Nashville and even a great area for just walking on weekends. Be safe good viewsParking: Can't say much they seem to keep it up to date allthough it might need just redone recycled new lines and more outside care signage etcWheelchair accessibility: Nothing to much looks like it has good entrances and options.

I was staying in Nashville (1-31-23)and my kids wanted a burger, so after looking at reviews online, we decided to try bur bun. I thought the burgers were good, the menu was limited, and the prices were aligned with other restaurant burger prices (not talking about fast food or places that drop off a tray of food), which hotel prices are typically WAY over priced. The thing that really stood out was the service. Our server was great, he was top of things and always kept the drinks full, without hovering over us. The restaurant itself was nice with not being too loud or difficult to walk through. I'd go back again.

Packed house from convention/meeting on premises. One bartender, one server....they were amazing, tending bar waiting on tables. Sadly, they were also tasked with to go and pick up orders. Com'on Hilton...add some staff.
