not only was the order very late and delayed but it was made wrong and that made it over charged by several dollars. Portion is way too small. Spent $24 on a few leaves. Over priced! When I called to inquire the completely useless employee was unable to resolve. More like, she could’ve cared less.

We arrived just before they were closing. The crew was preparing to close, but they greeted us very well. The quality of their food was absolutely amazing. Will visit this location again.

$40 for two salads and two drinks. We typically like this place but it’s just not fresh anymore. Several items in the salad were not fresh. The chicken was good, but that was about it.

I was so excited to try a place that featured salads, but I was so disappointed after ordering my food... I chose a seasonal item that was actually an up charge because it was supposed to be special... The price was sky high for a bowl of lettuce and a few ingredients placed on top... The dressings are very bland...I actually tried three different ones, none of which better than the other... Honestly, I would have returned my salad and asked for my money back, if I had not been there with a friend... I do not plan on returning because I can fix much better salads at home for a much less price... And, not patting myself on the back, but I'm capable of whipping up an incredible tasting dressing too! Note: Mgnt please don't request i email details, i'll leave it here... Things should be addressed locally and in-house.

Review for AJ at Chopt: I cannot express enough how much I adore Chopt. The quality of their ingredients never disappoints, and my visits are always delightful. Despite my favorite salad, the MexiCali, being removed from the menu, I'm always able to rely on the expertise of seasoned employees to recreate it. On this particular occasion, AJ went above and beyond! Despite another staff member being unfamiliar with my salad, AJ stepped in with an impressive knowledge of its components, instantly putting a smile on my face. His exceptional customer service truly stood out, earning him a well-deserved 10/10 recommendation. Thank you, AJ, for your outstanding service!

The food at this location has multiple options to satisfy a vegetarian, low carb diet. I usually order from Chopt (at the Brentwood location) twice a week and the delicious, large salad bowl is enough to last for three servings. This week, I was challenged to climb up the hill to get inside the restaurant. Jasmine was quick to greet me with a smile and carry my take out order down the handicapped ramp and directly to my vehicle. Sometimes getting the meal you want takes effort, but Jasmine stepped up to make it easier. Kudos to Jasmine for her helpfulness and for the rest of the friendly staff for serving another great meal.

I really like Chopt. That being said, there's a lack of consistency when you order to pick up. I've had the Harvest bowl 5 times. 4 of which were missing ingredients(Either the almonds or the goat cheese). They're minor ingredients, but messing up 4/5 times is an issue that management needs to deal with.

Have been eating some heavy foods the past few days since I've been in Nashville, so I craved a salad. Chops is located in a great area, around great shops. I had a salad with apples, cranberries, goat cheese and different types of lettuce. It was finished with a white wine vinaigrette and tasted delicious. My husband ordered a farmer's something or other salad and it was delicious. The only real problem we had, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every single table was dirty! We were there around 3pm , so it wasn't crowded at all. Still, nobody took time to wipe down the tables. It was a huge turn-off.

Really great salads!

The salad was terrible. A lot of brown lettuce. The salad i ordered did not have the chicken or bacon I paid extra for. Just over horrible. Will not recommend.

I ordered a sweet apple orchard salad on the menu (for my spouse) and once I got home I noticed that the bowl was half full and ingredients were missing. Also, I questioned the server regarding my order of a warm bowl which was the wrong size (smaller). I go to Chopted often and have noticed regular inconsistencies in service quality (portion sizes vary, ingredients are sometimes missing, etc.).

I'm so offended I downloaded yelp just to make this review. My partner and I came in around 2 pm on 9/24 and the service that we received was absolutely appalling and extremely disappointing. The young girl I recall the receipt name being Emily K, yeaah... the girl with glasses but not the one wearing a mask, is the one who "took our order" when i approached the counter there were three workers standing there two in which were restocking (obviously this needs to be done and knowing the time we came in was probably after lunch rush). Regardless of that, not a single employee greeted us , looked at us, nor prompted how can I help you today and I always try to be considerate of service industry workers in fact I used to be one for years mainly restaurants. I typically let them do their job first, let them speak before I just start telling them what I want and what to do like they could need a second or they are busy and I'm very understanding and patient. I can always wait for good service. It's just common courtesy but this one girl in particular, stood there, acknowledged us, and then stared at me with the most unwanted, I hate my life face and didn't say a word. Just stared and blinked at me. After that awkward silence questioning is she ready for my order or what, nervously I took the initiative to start my order. I then quickly realized by her attitude and her eye rolling and tossing ingredients around and monotoned speech with sarcastic smiles, I have no excuse to be nervous and patient with a fellow service individual because she was not eager to change her demeanor nor make it right again after that initial attitude because like I know, mistakes can happen even if it wasn't the customer's fault but giving benefit of the doubt, I was patient and as quick to the point as I can possibly get so I didn't end up pissing her off even more than she seemed to already be which I am sorry if you're having a bad day but a little bit of advice from one previous service industry gal to the next, you leave that crap at home and take pride and initiative in your job because it's your job and it's your right to work, or you take a breather in the back until you've regrouped because misery is contagious. I, the customer has nothing to do with your personal problems I'm trying to get my food, pay the establishment and that includes a tip based on service and we always tip very excellently. I don't think I've ever left somewhere without a tip and i take pride in tipping lovely because I. Get. It. You missed an opportunity there. I have never been so disappointed I've always considered myself lucky having good service because I understand what that side is like and I don't typically get upset but this one did and this is the only time I have ever truly been disappointed. The food was excellent and fresh otherwise. I was excited to eat there and she kind of ruined the experience. But more so in a way that I can't quite understand how an establishment will tolerate this kind of behavior for so long (ive read previous reviews about bad service). Or instill proper training and professionalism. This would be a lovely facility to work in. Very clean and potentially organized procedures. Like I said before, the food was delicious but the service needs some major reconstruction. And I want to note it took way longer than it needed to be, it's a salad bar not a restaurant where you are doing side work, taking drink orders, running food, running drinks restocking, waiting for cooks to finish entree's, running around doing multiple jobs. It's one job at a time. Her lack of paying attention to detail and care got the best of it. I mean we were the only ones in line at first. I hope the other Nashville location is better. I'll try them next time.
