I had a profoundly disappointing experience at Cold Stone Creamery recently. Despite our excitement for some delicious ice cream, the workers displayed blatant racial discrimination towards my family. Their unwelcoming attitude and derogatory remarks left us feeling deeply hurt and unwelcome. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment to avoid similar distressing encounters. Unacceptable Treatment and Discrimination at Cold Stone Ice Cream StoreTo Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage at the treatment my family and I received at your Cold Stone Ice Cream Store located at Brentwood on Mar 10th, 2024Thirty minutes before your posted closing time, my wife, our two children, and I entered your establishment eager to enjoy some ice cream together. However, instead of being greeted with hospitality and courtesy, we were met with absolute rudeness and discrimination.Despite there being no visible sign indicating an early closure, we were flatly refused service by your staff. It was evident that this refusal was based on nothing other than racial discrimination. The disdainful looks and dismissive attitude we encountered were both shocking and deeply hurtful.As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of our race or any other factor. The discriminatory behavior exhibited by your staff is not only unacceptable but also a violation of basic human rights.I demand an immediate apology from your management team, as well as an assurance that steps will be taken to address this issue and prevent such discrimination from occurring in the future. Additionally, I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken against the staff members involved.Furthermore, I will be sharing my experience with others in my community and on social media platforms to raise awareness about the intolerable behavior exhibited by Cold Stone Ice Cream Store.

We drove 30 minutes to the store just for them to tell use they’re “not taking anymore orders” THE STORE WASNT CLOSED FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. There was no real reason for them to kick us out like that I literally don’t know what their problem was. I hate this location they messed up my order last time I was here too. Overpriced and inconsiderate.

Thank god for Jeni's ice cream. I walked in with my new puppy who isn't old enough to walk on the floor because he isn't full vaccinated and we were told no dogs in the store by a man in a striped shirt, short hair, who looked like a manager. According to their website I was under the impression pets were welcome and it's not as if he was even touching the floor so we will defiantly be taking our service to Jeni's from now on. Unlike cold stones they welcome us with open arms and a few treats
Came in last night around 8:30. Only one employee in the store. The line was pretty long and of course added wait to do everyone's mix ins. The poor guy was apologizing to everyone bc they didn't have spoons. Ice cream store with now spoon. How do you let that happen? As a manger go to a wholesale store and help your staff out. Everyone was given a sample spoon. The guy working was over worked but very nice. Ice cream was good but spoon experience kinda runined it

Love this place never been here before. I took one of their signature recipes and swapped out almonds for Kit Kats. It was delicious it took a little while for them to make but the ladies were nice and the milkshake was even better.

Such a rip off! Took my kids and they each got one scoop & it was $27 dollars. One got chocolate chip cookie dough and it didn't even have the cookie dough in it! I went about a year ago and prices were fair, I heard it was bought and they jacked the prices up to $7/scoop. We won't be going back!
