EXCELLENT food! Mike, our waiter was over the top fantastic. Hopefully they can find people who want to work, we tried to have lunch here 2 other times before today and unfortunately they were closed due to staffing shortages. Our luck was on the GREAT side today!? Come try this gem, it's FIRE?

I really enjoyed this place. Their ambiance was perfect. Not too loud not too quiet, with decent decor. What I really liked was their creativity with the shrimp and fish tacos. They look pink in the photo, but that’s the pickled cauliflower and onions that were on top making this concoction quite tasty. Totally recommend if you like different types of tacos a little exotic. My friend had something a bit more traditional as seen in photo. I can’t remember the name but he loved it.

This place seems to be in need of help. There was one guy running front of house entirely. He was sick (you could hear him sniff in a bunch of mucus) and overwhelmed. When we came in he didn’t say hello to us or that he would be with us a moment. He finally came up to us where we were standing by the counter with a dining room of people staring at us and seated us. There was no music playing on the dining room and it felt awkward. You could hear the kitchens music playing at least. He took our order and then told us they were out of almost every drink option. I asked if he could do a certain tequila drink and he said he could make it happen. What he brought back had like extra ingredients that were weird and not what I wanted. Then we tried the salsa. It tasted off! It looked so pretty but when we tried it it tasted like it had soda water in it. We googled it and found out that could be from it being OLD salsa. Very disappointing. The taco salad on the menu didn’t mention dairy anywhere on the menu but when I got to the bottom of the bowl which I would have eaten, it had a layer of sour cream… gross! I hope they can pull through this bad time but we don’t want to try it again. Best of wishes, I’m sure they’re great people.

This place needs help from the community or something. When we walked in it took a long time for the guy to walk up to us to be seated. He didn’t acknowledge us prior. I realize the place was busy but it made us feel uncomfortable standing so long with people staring and us not knowing what was happening. They didn’t have music playing in the dining room even though they had the speakers for it. We could however hear the kitchens music. He brought us salsa, which it looked absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we took our first bites we thought it tasted like they put soda water in it. My husband had to look up why it could be tasting like that and it turns out that it’s because the salsa was OLD…Then he took our drink orders after mentioning that they were out of most everything. I asked if he had the stuff for the tequila coco drink. He said he could make it happen. What he brought back didn’t taste like tequila but like a weird vodka mix instead. He gave us the drinks at half price (or maybe it was happy hour) so that was nice at least. The food on the menu that I ordered looked like it was vegan. The taco salad. Nowhere does it state that it has dairy in it.So I’m eating it, it looks ok, it was half full when I got it so that was kind of disappointing to start. When I got to the BOTTOM of the bowl, it was covered in sour cream… very disappointed. We left feeling very dissatisfied and wished he hadve been honest at the start of our experience that it was all going to suck instead of letting us think it would be a good time.I hope things get better for them, I really do. But we won’t return.

This place has gone straight downhill. Menu was halved (again), and ironically enough they have clipart of a burrito on the menu and no actual burritos on the menu. Salsa tasted off, queso does not come with the warm flatbread, chicken enchiladas were chunks of overcooked chicken wrapped in room temp corn tortillas and covered in queso. Rice had zero flavor. Carnitas tasted like it was microwaved. One server/bartender for the entire room and he worked his butt off, definitely deserves better food to serve. Corner Pub HQ has gutted this place figuratively and literally and it makes me not want to go there anymore either.

Its ok, very mediocre. It was close to the apartment so it's convenient but only worth it as a last resort

Their website said they were open until 10pm. When we arrived at around 7pm on a Tuesday night, a man approached us and said the restaurant was closed with no explanation as to why they were closing early. People were seated at about a half a dozen tables and were eating.

This place needs to close. Drove over to eat and they we they were closed at 6:30 pm. Just go ahead and go out of business. Your the WORST!

A really enjoyable dinner. The bar person took the time to get me the right tequila to go with my evening. I had the shrimp tacos and carne asada tacos, with both being amazing. Highly recommended.

Normally not very picky about restaurants, but not only was service slow, but salad was just a lot of lettuce with 3-4 shrimp I can handle that. But manager was a total j**** My food came, but still no drink 15 min later I finally went to bar myself, told they were 'working on it'. 2 other people at bar and few other patrons. Manager sarcastic and rude to me then and then again later. Bathroom with only one stall per gender Just really bad, especially for a restaurant in Brentwood

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (the app only allowed me to select 4 ⭐️s). Really great authentic food, awesome margarita. AMAZING service!! We stop here every visit to Cabo!

Food was very disappointing. Enchiladas hardly had any sauce on it. Ordered a chicken bowl as a healthier option, which used to have cilantro lime rice, but it has changed. The bowl was full of cheese and red rice - it felt like a casserole. And the carne asada taco had yellow nacho cheese on it so it felt very heavy and didn't taste good. The food used to be good here, I'm not sure what happened. But the ingredients seem to have changed to cheaper options. I won't be back.

Stopped in here for a bite to eat whilst my wife was next door getting her hair done. Had the Coco Shrimp tacos. First rate! Not a bad price point either! Looking forward to going here again. Even during lunch, the place wasn't too busy. If you're in the area and looking for some good Mexican food, definitely give this place a look.

Sad to see how this place has changed over the years. When it first opened they had the best menu and drinks. Was by far the best Mexican restaurant in the Brentwood area. Now it is a very limited menu, only 3 drinks on their entire menu with only tequila in them. Really disappointed with the downfall. Wont' be back.

We stopped in here when the restaurant we visited first was full. I’m so glad we did. The salsa is homemade and delicious! The food was fresh and everything was great! We ended with the delicious chocolate cake and for an added bonus all 6 of us ate for $46 including dessert!
