The Superfood Salad was a welcomed change from the food we eat on the road as tourists. Full of taste, and it left me full of the essential nutrients I was missing after a couple of days on the road. Got the Steak Tacos too since I do OMAD, they were equally satisfying.Even left my phone on the table. It was found by the staff and returned to us as we walked away. Truly a wonderful experience in every sense. Thanks again, Eric, that was above the call!

Firebirds is an obviously go to. Prices are reasonable for how great the food is. The ambiance and staff are great and the wait is not long typically. Parking is plentiful with several garages nearby. I typically get the chicken pasta and it is divine. I’ve also hosted a couple of birthday dinners there too.

My steak egg rolls and onion rings were good, but the time it took to arrive, they were soggy in the plastic containers. Cardboard would have eliminated some of that and good for the environment. I was missing a sauce. My son ordered the ribs. He said they tasted like dog food. He's ordered them before with no problem.

So, this place is a bit hit or miss depending on what you order and can be concerning based on the price you pay. The Chilean Sea bass is incredible, just melts in your mouth. The key lime butter sauce was spot on and paired well. Now, as for salmon or porkchop I wouldn't recommend because both were very overcooked and tough. Service incredible from the hostess to the servers as they were all very attentive. Every time I've went they ask if we have a reservation, we say no, then they immediately seat us anyway lol. Just an interesting experience to me. Would I go back?? Yes, for the Chilean Sea bass and also the shrimp appetizer they had on their happy hour menu.

Everyone who worked there, was so polite. Make eye contact, always had smiling faces. Customer service 10/10. Didn't like the sauce for the egg rolls. However they can't change recipes. So I'm not holding that against the staff. It was my birthday celebration. The staff signed a card for me, and I forgot it there. Bathroom was clean, the whole restaurant was. Background music no excessively loud, nor were the other guests here. It was a good atmosphere. Did I mention the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! My first time dining here. I can see myself returning. My family and I enjoyed ourselves, thank you all :)
