Good service and breakfast this time because we went during the week. Try never to go on weekends because it can be up to 40 min to get food.

Loved this location!!! We were visiting from out of state and have one of these back at home, but this location was great! We went on a Sunday morning, which is obviously always busy, but we got in line over the phone and only had to wait about 5 mins. Our waitress was super sweet and the food was great ?

Busy, beautiful restaurant and a great way to start your day! Hard working waitstaff and hungry patrons eagerly waiting for their breakfast goodies. The quality of the food is high as well as the cost. They even have a popular outdoor patio and it also seems like a popular destination for lunch.

First time visiting this location and I’m so impressed by Yesenia my server! She was so quick to greet anyone who came through the door, she was bussing tables, and still had time to check on me and make sure I had everything I needed. She is great and deserves all the praise! Thank you sweet girl . Great

Server Megan did an excellent job serving our table. GM, Walter, failed miserably in customer relations by not allowing a registered service dog and thereby having one of our party leave with the dog. Walter would not even allow me to present the service dog's official registration. The situation was handled poorly and his behavior embarrassed the guests. The restaurant is popular for a solid menu, quality and service. Too bad management lacks customer service skills.

I have been to this location three times in the past year. It has gone downhill quite badly.1st thing, a cockroach crawling across the floor, we killed it and brought it to the waitress's attention and it didn't seem like a concern to her, so I suspect this is not uncommon.2- Our food was disappointing. Italian Sausage lacked flavor, my banana in my steel cut oats tasted so unripe and hard, like the banana was still green when they peeled it and cut it up.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Nashville and on our way out, we decided to eat at First Watch. It was busy but we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Our waiter was friendly, informative and frequently came to check on us to make sure we didn't need anything. I had the smoked salmon Benedict with grits, the morning meditation and donuts. My husband had an omelet, a blueberry pecan pancake and coffee. The only issue I had was that my food came out a little cold. Now I could kind of understand my eggs Benedict being a little cool because it had a fresh tomato and smoked salmon on it but not my grits. I let the staff know and they brought me out a new plate of food and everything was hot and delicious! We will definitely come back!

Every time I ask for no butter they put butter on my bread and then act like it put butter on itself and they had no responsibility in it. They need to respect that people have allergies and DO NOT WANT BUTTER . Also one piece of avocado and one piece of bacon does not a farmhouse

No class.....Lady at cashier stand with the nose ring who is really the manager has a nasty attitude and seems to not like women very much almost like she's jealous, weird. And management position one should be more classy. I have noticed the dirty looks that she gives other women but smiles at the men .
