Good pizza but they aren’t as rude at the old hickory location. Texted to order, didn’t get a confirmation text with ETA. So, I called for ETA to wait on hold for 10 minutes. Then finally I was told my pizza is done and ready for pickup. Get there and no one is working the counter despite several staff members just standing around and ignoring people. Finally get to counter and pizza was not done. Was told ours is getting boxed. Waited another 10 minutes for my order to be shoved at me and then when I asked for missing ranch, was asked very rudely if I paid for it.

Don’t order an Antipasto salad on a Monday is what I’ve learned. I did so yesterday and evidently got a leftover one from Saturday. Spoiled, brown lettuce covered up by the deli meat and olives.

They made me a calzone or boat without cheese. Further our pizza and the jets bread tasted reheated and chewy. Like they made it and then microwaved it out of spite. I've been to many jets and this location's food significantly missed the mark.

Great pizza, friendly service, and they've got beer...what's not to like?!You can also actually dine in and watch games here, which isn't something we really do often, but it's a good low key spot to catch a game or just grab a cold one while you wait on your pizza.

Just picked up 2 small pizzas and a bread. Service was super fast, crew was extremely polite, place was spotless. Got home and food was even better!! Thank you for the great experience and this has been our opinion the past several visits. Great job!!

The pizza is excellent. The servers are good and attentive. I always stop here on my way home from the airport. Their salad with meat is great.
This was a great personal size deep dish pizza. Excellent taste! Texting my order seemed to create a bit of confusion. However, a phone call cleared up the misunderstanding. Will definitely be eating this again. Perhaps avoiding the text to order option.
