Our office orders from here often and service is generally very good. However, today it was exceptional!! We had a gathering planned for 11:45am, and, although I had created an order online for pick up at 11:30am, I neglected to SUBMIT it. I realized my error, submitted a large order at 11:11am, called them to see if I could possibly get the order BEFORE 12:00pm and they were so kind and said they would get on it. I arrived at 11:35am and the order was already completed, saving my back end! I really appreciate the staff as they are friendly and give such great customer service! My team full enjoyed their delicious subs!!! Thank you JJ staff for being amazing!!!

First visit to this particular location. It is small and there isn’t a drive through but service inside was quick and efficient. A new cashier was being trained and that went very well. Food fresh as always.

We went in and were acknowledged but that was it. No one took our order. The workers looked swamped and that has to be absolutely acknowledged. They were trying to keep up with online orders. This is common with a lot of places. Jimmy John’s please help these workers out and give them a fair wage. Keep your staff by taking care of them.

Food is good, but we've given this location three chances before we've written this review. This location breeds the rudest and snappiest workers behind the counter. I'm guessing the manager is responsible for the culture here because other locations across the city and country are way better. It's a pattern here visit after visit so we aren't coming back to this one.

Odd mistake on a sandwich for take out... (Forgot meat)... Called to let them know and it was handled to perfection!! Delivered within minutes a fresh sandwich and replacement meat. Excellent way to take care!! 5* all around!!
