“Great food and great service. Some of the best KBBQ I’ve had. Expensive but definitely worth it and everyone left very full. Sundubu jiggae was almost as good as mom makes, Korean fried chicken was perfectly crispy, and the quality of the Korean bbq was fantastic.Go. Eat. Embrace the food coma.“
“This was my first experience with Korean cuisine. The servers were very helpful in showing how to properly prepare the dishes. I was with my daughter, son-in-law, and my 13 month old granddaughter. All the staff were friendly and welcoming to us all and so attentive to our baby girl. We will go again.“
“I found this restaurant by chance while on a business trip to Nashville for work. The owner was friendly and the food was delicious, so my guests were satisfied with the restaurant.Stir-fried squid and pork bulgogi,The kimchi pork belly has a slightly sweet taste, and the tripe hotpot is delicious without being spicy or sweet.“
“If you dare to venture way down Nolensville Pike you'll be rewarded with this locals-favorite. The shopping center has all kinds of international markets and restaurants so we are excited to go back and try other places as well. The interior is cozy with a sushi bar and small tables. There were a lot of families here because it's casual and the portion sizes are good. They have a robust menu with Japanese and Korean entrees and sushi. I ordered the Jap Chae which is a Korean dish of glass noodles, sauteed peppers and beef. This comes with all the amazing Korean sides of kimchi and other accoutrements. My favorite was a spiced cold potato and I also devoured the cucumbers. The serving size is unreal--I had to get a to-go box and ate this for like 3 days after! My husband ordered the chicken katsu which was also a good portion and he didn't eat all of it too. The women who were working there were so kind and came over to check on us several times. We would come back here since everything was great.“
“Excellent food; kim chi had good flavor balance and fermentation, and most of the other sides were also good, kim chi pajeon was very tasty, meats were good (grilled at the table). Also too-easy-to-drink soju selection. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town.“
“Bowl & Roll is a hidden gem! Located inside the Nashville Farmers Market building (northwest section), it is Korean fast food. They have a selection of noodle or rice hot dishes, plus a variety of kimbop (Korean version of sushi). Although you don't get the traditional multiple side dishes of various vegetables, you do get your food in a hurry. Service is very friendly. You eat in a food court, and there is an ice cream shop next to it. ;)“
“Since moving to Nashville it's been hard to find good Asian food of any kind, but today there was great success. I found this little place about a 10 minute walk from where I work, and it is my new go-to spot for lunch. The food was fantastic, the service was quick, and the price was good. I'll be back to try something new at least once a week!“
“Best Korean Food in the Southeast! The Bulgogi was absolutely delicious! Fresh and flavorful ingredients prepared to perfection in generous portions. The KFC is out of this world and will change your life. The Atmosphere and Team members also 5 Star and give great recommendations! Most importantly, this is definitely a child friendly dining option!!“
“We decided to treat my mom on her day off, she loves Korean, so we do some research and find out this Korean bbq in Nolensville. The server is so nice, Simon he greeting us, treat us so well. He recommended best cut meat from the chef himself, and it was so tender and delicious, most of the time he cooked for us so it was perfect every times, my mom and wife they both loves it and eat more than usual. They sever different type of beer from Asian, also wine. Place is clean, look new the staff is to beyond to make sure we have best experience. Will be back for date night and hungry for bbq.“
“My niece loves this place. I wasn't sure what vegan options would be available, but we went hoping there would be. They have knowledge about 'vegan'-izing dishes so that makes at least 4-5 regular items in the menu available. I recommend the vegan bibimap. Served in a single size cast iron skillet, it stays nice and hot while you enjoy your meal. It's a generous portion, and I couldn't finish it. My sister got hers with an egg and she couldn't finish either. So, depending on your appetite, you might want to split it and order something else on the side. They keep low sodium soy in the back, so ask for it if you prefer that. The thing that makes this place for me is the people. Lori and Saundra are super friendly and keep the place spic and span. They even keep tampons in their clean unisex bathroom for the girls and ladies. That shows great attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The place has a fun and funky vibe and includes an outdoor seating option. Would definitely visit again. Updated from previous review on 2024-04-18“
