Customer service is absolutely 10 stars and the food was great too! Since this was our first time here, Dan walked us through the menu and helped us with sauce recommendations. Super friendly without being overbearing and he was definitely authentic, he really enjoys what he does.I ordered my wings sauced and the chicken tenders naked with sauce on the side. I liked the wings slightly better than the chicken tenders but Tommy, the owner, said saucing the tenders is the way to go, he was right! We tried the sauced tenders next courtesy of Tommy and now it's a tougher decision between the two. Both excellent in their own right. All of the sauces were really good and flavorful. The fries were hot and crispy and the toast was nice and crispy as well.The ambiance is very family friendly with icee machines and duck claw machines. They have some TVs and good music playing but you can still have a conversation over the music.Great overall vibe. Would definitely recommend!Kid-friendliness: Icee machine, claw machine, outside area with astroturf, and kids meals.

Owners and staff are always super friendly. The chicken tenders are to die for. Super hot tender and juicy inside and crispy crunchy outside. Oh and the fries!! I’m not normally a fry girl but these are amazing. I get plain fingers with ranch and bf gets them with Buffalo sauce and it tastes just like sauce from back home (Buffalo)… but better. Super plus for us, they have a nice patio and we bring our little golden doodle to have lunch or dinner with us in the summer. We even order him his own chicken tender. :) We love this place!

Place supports government intrusion into your lives by going cashless. Usual excuse, safety and speed. What they really mean is we don't trust our employees and we're lazy. What it means is in a cashless society eventually the government will know everything you do and buy amd will be able to block what you buy. Food was nothing to write home about.

Portion sizes have been cut in half. Prices haven't dropped and there is no icee machine anymore. Pretty sure they won't make it. Sad to see because I've enjoyed it, but will not be back.

I love McDougals! It’s my favorite chicken tender in Brentwood by far. They have wings and salads too. And so many sauces. I love the atmosphere. It’s very family friendly with corn hole out back and a few TVs inside. Everyone that works there is super nice. They have a decent beer selection as well.
