I ordered the steak melt sandwich and fries. Absolutely the best steak melt sandwich I've ever eaten. Fresh peppers and plenty of cheese the aioli sauce. Fries were crispy and seasoned and cooked to perfection. Best food truck experience I have ever had! Scrumptious

Poor customer service. They always run out of everything as soon as they get here to my work.

First time I ever had this food truck. Came by our office today. I (and apparently the 2 people in front of me and the gal behind me) had the smothered fries. Got mine with chicken. Oh my! Best fries I ever had. It was a lot and very filling. I didn't think I was going to come close to finishing it but it was so good, I couldn't stop. It had a great sauce with it, grilled onions and peppers and the chicken. $9 lunch but I liked the convenience and I'm so stuffed, I doubt I will eat dinner.

The Mobile Chef came by our office today. They had two salad choices, quesadillas, chicken salad croissants and burritos. I got the brisket burrito. The description was a 12 inch flour tortilla filled with your choice of smoked chicken or pork brisket, fire roasted pepper and onion, Mexican mix cheese, rice and smoked pepper aïoli. The burrito came with fries (rice was inside) and was $9.00. The burrito was delicious. Brisket was excellent, aioli was Devine and the pepper/onion mix was perfectly cooked with a slight crunch remaining. Highly recommend. I would definitely get it again. I'm giving 4 stars because the portion was a bit small (not enough to prevent me from getting same order next time) and visually the order was super bland (white tortilla, yellow rice, orange cheese) - changing to green peppers or a spinach tortilla would make a difference. Summary - can't beat the taste, so go try it!!!

This place is sort of hit and miss but I still give them 4 stars based off of my first order. They came to my job and I ordered loaded fries with smoked chicken. They had peppers and onions, cheese and aoli sauce. Delicious! They were so good that I didn't eat anything bad all week just I could have the fries again when they came back the next month. Big let down. On the next visit they got there at 11:15 and was almost out of everything at 11:45. They didn't even have the fries on the menu this time and every other thing I wanted they were out of. I settled on the chicken nachos. I should have just not ordered seeing as though they were running out of everything. My "chicken" nachos had 1 strip of chicken that had been cut into 4 or 5 thin strips. It was supposed to have grilled peppers and onions. It didnt. It was supposed to have jalapeños. It didnt. It barely had any cheese! I'm glad I checked before I went back in the building. I went back and showed the lady who took the order and asked for cheese and the jalapeños that were supposed to be on it. Everyone in my building kept saying how the last time they were there they ran out of everything. It was true the 2nd time as well. The truck serves 3 buildings with hundreds of people. My suggestion: Be prepared.

I've seen the food truck at my office many times, today was my initial take on the food truck. I had the chicken salad on croissants. The sandwich was good, but not great. What I like about this experience is the following: *an appropriate sized portion. *they had a 100 on their health inspection *their generator was not noisy Here are some of what I didn't like: *the execution was lacking. *the name was misleading. There was nothing gourmet about the chicken salad sandwich. *it was a bit over priced. To elaborate on the bullet points, see below. These are my pros. 1. The size was appropriate for lunch. It's good for portion control. I am in a restrictive diet. 2. I noticed they scored on their health inspection. This denotes they take notice about their cleanliness, and food handling practices. 3. Nothing really peeves me off like a LOUD generator. I don't want to have to shout my order to the proprietor. These are my cons. 1. The chicken salad seemed like it was scooped out of the plastic container. 2. The bread was almost burnt on the ends. I tasted it. 3. It cost how much? For what I'm paying for, I would've expected the sandwich to have a little more substance. Overall, I had an ok experience. If I was really hungry, I'd come visit. In the mean time I would try another food truck.

The chicken quesadillas are amazing, with tons of cheese, onions and this incredible tangy sauce that's just the icing on the cake. However, the scheduling is awful. More often than not, when this food truck is scheduled to be outside our office building it is a no-show.
