Papa Murphy's is always great. Easily the best pizzas you can get under 20 bucks. Healthy options as well, gluten-free tons of veggies to choose from. I travel a lot around the Middle Tennessee area so I've tried all of the locations. Most of the other locations are a little more generous with the toppings. But that's all subjective. I don't blame them wanting to cut costs, but that's the main appeal of Papa Murphy's. For me anyway, I like lots of toppings. This is the only place I can get full with just a few slices. And the rest of the family loves it because it's healthy and delicious, and I have leftovers.I always tip, but the second time at this location though, I made sure they knew I tipped them well, and I was not disappointed. ;-) nudge nudge tip your pizza artist.And I have noticed the same effect at other locations. #yougetwhatyoupayforVegetarian options: I mean, The list goes on. You can order ahead of time with the app and just pick it up when you can, bake it fresh in your own oven, your whole house ends up smelling delicious. It's a winner.Gluten-free crust I mean all the veggies you think of on pizza.Dietary restrictions: Tons of options we got gluten-free people. I mean you can pay double for Blaze but to grab it and cook it in the comfort of your own home...
The pizza and sides are always great! The wait, even for order ahead, is taking a bit longer than normal. But everyone is friendly and nice. I hope they can get more staff soon to speed up their service time.
Ordered online. Pizza is never ready and sadly always understaffed. Halloween is the absolute worst to try to get pizza from this location. Owners no where in sight to help their employees when understaffed. Won’t be back.

Apparently after over a decade of getting pizzas from Papa Murphy's - this location has a new owner and will not allow us to get quarters.We have a family of 5 and have 4 different pizza preferences. Thus 1/4 of a family size for each of us worked great.I don't know if this is Middle Tennessee wide or just this one.I feel sad that we have been regulars at other Papa Murphy's and will at least not be back at this one.
Go to jets across the street by Publix. It’s 100 times better and you don’t have to cook it at your house. Imagine paying $15 for a pizza you still have to bring home and cook in a regular oven.

I really want to leave them a good review because the pizza is cheap and I actually like it, but they are VERY inconsistent with their hours. They seem to close whenever they want to. Last time I ordered they "lost the order" and didn't make it till 15 minutes after I got there and tried to pick it up. It was a pepperoni pizza, not something difficult. Woman at the register was nice enough but not extremely interested in helping me out.

Disaster of a branch. The first time I ordered online from here I arrived and was told they didn’t have the dessert I wanted and said they tried to contact me and weren’t able to. They didn’t contact me at all. Fine, whatever. But then it turns out the pizza was wrong so I had to sit while they remade the pizza. 20 minutes later I’m out the door with an apology and a coupon code for next time. OK. Next time I place an online order using the coupon code. I show up at the store only to find out it’s actually closed due to “maintenance issues“. Why do you let me order from your website then, why did you take my money? Now I have no food and I’m out of park at the pizza having to wait until they decide to open again to get my money back. Oh, and the coupon code is now used. What an embarrassment of a pizza chain, and I can’t believe they request to be tipped for online orders.
